"body": "Because of how yucky the original Telegram is on IOS, this is my preferred app for using telegram. However, despite the team saying they’ve fixed the notification issues, it’s still there. I’m having upwards of an hour before notifications show up, and looking through developer responses, they say the update needs time to work correctly or something along the lines of that. Never seen this issue for apps before, but it’s still a nuisance and while I may not be the most educated on how certificates work, this issue has been going on for several months for me, so it confuses me why it’s still present",
