Though better than previous version it is still lacking content Daily is only 7 days hourly is 24 hours not bad but could be better. Radar is horrible. Only 2 hours future unless you go to 24 hour future cast There are many better weather apps

3/5Unreliable when it counts
This app used to be great. The radar and notifications still work really well. If you want to watch a forecast video from hours ago, that works too (after watching ads, and rewatching them if you decide you want full screen). What no longer works is when you want to watch live videos, for example during the 10pm news. Used to, you could watch the news live on the app, but not anymore. Also, when the weather takes over the station because there are tornadoes, you can’t watch the live news. Moments like that are the whole reason I have this app. Why would you take that off? Very disappointing.

2/5Not accurate and cop out responses
This app has been great from the time I first downloaded in 2013. I didn’t care for the new layout but I figured I’d get used to it. I used it a great deal for the radar when I lived in Oklahoma for farming. Then when I moved, I kept it because of how accurate the radar was and the notifications. I have family scattered all over Oklahoma; I have relatives that are terrified of tornadoes so I keep tabs when weather events are happening in their area. Last night I received alerts of excessive heat, lightning, thunderstorms, and flooding for the Guthrie area. At no time did I receive alerts for high wind or the freaking tornado that bounced through there. I emailed the app to ask why the TORNADO notification didn’t come thru, explaining I’d received other notifications. I was told there were notifications and I needed to make sure the notifications option was turned on. I sent a screen shot of the notifications I’d received, asking if they could just have someone look into why some alerts were sent but not others and was told I should have had my news alerts on too. Be aware this app just isn’t what it used to be and the support isn’t very helpful.

1/5What happened??
My family has relied on this app to stay weather aware and safe for years. The warnings and especially the live broadcast have literally saved our lives and property before. Within the last two years something has happened to this app.. it started with making me watch ads before viewing the live broadcast during emergency events where minutes and even seconds can really count. The app started crashing constantly, and then the ads got even worse, making me watch a 15-39 second ad multiple times throughout a critical live broadcast. The PIP feature stopped working and for the last few months the app won't even open at all. Just sits on the loading page eternally. I've updated, deleted and redownloaded it multiple times, and I've contacted support repeatedly as well and apparently the developers no longer care about this app being functional to keep people safe during storm season. I don't really know what else to do now but this is extremely disappointing.

2/5Why does App crash all the time during important weather events?
I am relatively new to OKC and I was staying at a family’s home with their pet. It was during that very warned Saturday over Memorial weekend. One of the early storms that produced a lot of rain in the Metro was due to our neighborhood at a specific time. It never got far enough north to produce any rain here but I was nervous because I was caring for their house and pets and I know little about this area. People told me to watch channel 9 or get the App so I have the App because I have a tv that still has someone else’s Apps on it so I use my iPhone Once the skies cleared and all was fine but the app cut out every time I watched for over a few minutes and to get back to what I was watching I had to keep watching from the beginning. So I literally saw about 2 or 3 stories that night because I kept having to go ba k to the beginning of watching live every time. I don’t think it was my phone.
