   I subscribed to this as I was keen to try it, but my foot doctor advised me against it as I have very particular feet problems, so fair enough, I thought I would just cancel it. Nowhere on the app or website does it give the option of cancelling it, and despite my emailing for assistance in cancelling a few weeks ago, I never heard back and have just been charged another $29 for something I cannot use. I have now emailed again asking for immediate assistance in cancelling, and really hope I am heard this time. I will not subscribe to an app ever again without first ensuring that it provides an easy way to cancel the subscription if desired. My mistake, but a costly one, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this app for that reason.

   Not that useful. Promises a comprehensive profile if you subscribe but there’s nothing comprehensive about it. It just tells you what conditions your feet are at higher risk for and gives recommendations on exercises you can find anywhere for free if you spend some time looking. It’s final advice is probably just telling you what you were trying to avoid by using the app, see a Doctor. I personally got nothing out of it. Overall just a waste of my money.

3. 3/5Great shoe sizing app

   The app works pretty good for finding shoe size, however am using the app within a family and there does not appear to be a way to store profiles for each member of the family. In essence I have to delete the profile, scan one kid at a time, then delete and go through whole process again for my other kid and wife. Surely would be better if I could scan the family so they each have their measurements stored in the app. The second issue is that the app does not seem to use the technology available with the LIDAR equipped iPhones. Was expecting to easily use the LIDAR scanner to create a 3D representation of feet. Both of the above I would love to see in future updates or releases but until now, app is not nearly as useful as it could be.

4. 1/5Eh - Not great for Running Shoes

   I’ve worked at running shoe stores for 6+ years now and I know feet and running shoes like the back of my hand. This app will scan your foot and tell you if you pronate, are neutral, or supinate, but then will suggest god awful shoes for running that don’t even match with your foot. I paid for the app to see what it was able and cancelled 5 minutes later. Not worth it at all. I over pronate (which means I need a “stability” shoe) and here they are telling me to use the Hoka Bondi (neutral shoe), Saucony Endorphin Pro (expensive neutral carbon plated shoe that really is only good for races), ASICS Contend (which most running stores literally do not carry because it’s a horrible shoe that you can only buy at DSW LOLLLLL), ASICS Nimbus (another neutral shoe, when they tell me I need a stability shoe 😂). I feel like it’s obvious that Adidas is a sponsor because it’s so rare that people will choose that brand over Brooks and Hoka. Which is ironic because the Brooks Ghost is THE most popular shoe, and they don’t even have Brooks as a brand you can even look at😂 The photos of the shoes are also only MENs shoes and colors. I’m a Womans 7.5 and because they are only showing mens shoes, they say my size is a womans 6. Lol this is not accurate. Mens shoes are wider (width “D”) and womens are narrower (width “B”). A 7.5 womens would be a 6 MENs lol this app is literally all over the place. Do yourself a favor and actually go to a running shoe store that will look at how you walk and run and be able to give you amazing recommendations on which shoes are actually going to work for you. Try a couple on, and you’ll find your match! No AI will ever be able to replace that!

5. 1/5It’s a gimmick

   As someone who works in the industry and fits people this came in with a size that was 1.5 sizes smaller than my actual foot and made no account for the extra space needed for lactic acid build up that swells the feet. If I had taken the recommendation I would be suffering with loss toenails, foot numbness and arch pain. Also this app says I am 90% chance that there is something wrong with my feet, so that I pay a little extra money. There is nothing wrong with my feet. So size was way off, bogus claims about foot problems and also the recommendations of footwear were so random and inappropriate that there is no point of it even suggesting foot wear. Want a free way to find out about your foot? Go to your local specialty running store and get a hair analysis by someone who has been trained. Even if you don’t want running shoes most stores will still provide the service for no charge. This app is insulting.
