"body": "Bought this based on a review video online. I’ll update my review if my experience improves but so far the app completely whiffed on parsing basic and obvious information like the date of the event. It also miscategorized the type of event even when plenty of indicators were present. Maybe adding a review stage, like, “Does this look right?” prompt to compare the source document to the result would give users a better shot at correcting mistakes that are bound to happen. I’m sure this app works great for certain kinds of things, but not for the event tickets I received. I missed the return window so I’ll try again the next time I have to use a service that doesn’t provide e-tickets; hopefully I’ll have better results.",
