"body": "This app is worse than useless. I tried twice to ‘choose my provider’ but the app froze both times. It’s garbage. I had to uninstall. The website that goes with this awful app is just as difficult to navigate and does not take you to literally anything you need for choosing your plan. (I’ll have to call or snail mail it, I guess?) Non-functional options are not options.",

I cannot find my primary care provider either by looking it up by her primary care providers name or by network. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen",

"body": "Most of the information is incorrect because it’s out of date . You waste months calling Drs just to hear they don’t take Medicaid . And when you find out , you have a care partner. You think . Great . No . They don’t call you back , they don’t call at all . I know the system is overwhelmed, but I have numerous issues and after my PCP of 16 years ABRUPTLY Closed . Leaving us all out of a Dr . You’d think you’d be helped . Having a severe anxiety, MDD , and a anoxic brain injury which has caused developmental and verbal issues. I need help . None out here .",
