  1. 5/5App is a problem!

App is barely usable for claiming and withdrawals. Emails generated to prompt are so generic, that if you have multiple claims it is unclear which claim is being addressed. If claim is made and you continue to play the “claimed” money will be put back into play at some random time and can be played with no notice and withdraw will not be initated. SO BEWARE CLAIMED DOES NOT MEAN SENT FOR WITHDRAWALS. App freezes and it is frequently difficult to navigate to non “play” areas. Redeeming rewards works part of the time. To claim according to the email sent states go to My Account and select View Now button. ???? I have no idea where that is, non existent. I have used the CHAT option and spoken to several support personnel some are ill prepared others regurgitate what memo they see on your file without looking at a transaction in question. If NC EDUCATION LOTTERY wants to really run a ligit On Line Game site they have to fix this App. Also scanning in you tickets and scratcher's is down frequently as well. Good luck! I rate the App a 1 star.

  2. 3/5NC Lottery

I have been a longtime supporter of the lottery and have invested a significant amount of money into Pick 3, Pick 4, and various scratch tickets over the years. While I understand and accept that these are games of chance, I feel compelled to share some feedback regarding the overall player experience. In recent years, it has begun to feel as though the odds have shifted considerably in favor of the house — more so than in prior years. I recall a time, around 2012, when wins felt more attainable and the experience seemed more balanced for the player. That sense of fairness is a large part of what made participation enjoyable and kept players engaged long-term. When a player invests consistently over time with little to no return — not even a second-chance prize — it can take the enjoyment out of what should be an entertaining experience. I want to be clear that I am not making accusations of impropriety; I simply believe that honest player feedback is valuable and that the lottery benefits when its participants feel they have a fair shot at winning. Despite my concerns, I remain a supporter of the lottery and intend to continue participating. I just hope that player feedback like this is taken seriously, as retaining long-term players depends on maintaining their trust and enthusiasm. Thank you for your time and

  3. 5/5Those that question if ppl really win on digital tickets

Yes people win when they buy digital tickets, really the lottery been digital for ever! Tickets can have hand selected numbers and or random system generated numbers and every ticket sold is added to master list for each drawing and the moment the winning numbers are picked, u can immediately check your numbers on your tickets and see if you matched all numbers- if you did then you won! If you won on an online or app purchased ticket then the system email you at registered address; including for 2nd chance and or for entry's for drawings thru lucky rewards. A chick i used to mess with, her momma won a lucky rewards drawing with 2 $10k winners and she did it all thru the app of course and they emailed her and sent notification thru system to app and she found out only a few mins after the drawing. She went to raleigh or whatever and got her $! I was psyched for her cuz she was broke in a bad way financially. Dont doubt it, it is 2024 yall dang. Smh Good luck yallq

  4. 5/5North Carolina lottery website blows

OK, so the lottery was almost $2 billion and somebody in Arkansas won the lottery but when I go on the website for North Carolina lottery, it says zero winners and the monetary value is reset to 20 million, so where did that money go? Did our money go from North Carolina to Arkansas so why not on the North Carolina website should’ve say that there was one winner instead of zero? This makes absolutely no sense other than me to believe that the North Carolina lottery is a big old bag of garbage and lies. I hope they didn’t send our money that we spent in North Carolina to Arkansas to pay out to that almost $2 billion because on the North Carolina website it says there are zero winners, though the money is just gone. This makes no sense whatsoever if it’s a national lottery then on the North Carolina website it should say that they’re hey there was one winner, it should also say that the North Carolina is a national lottery and not a North Carolina lottery… That is false advertisement.

  5. 5/5Why no freebies for auto renewals and Pick 4 and Pick 3 players?

I purchase auto renew games and also purchase Pick 4 and Pick 3 for an entire week, since they cannot be auto renewed, yet I don’t get the freebies casual purchasers get when promos are offered usually mid-week. Why do I need to spend more when I’ve already spent more than is required for bonus prizes or promo purchases? Casual purchasers get rewarded for the particular promotion but an auto renewal/weekly purchaser does not. Seems unfair to exclude players purchasing auto renewal, and/or weekly purchases of Pick 4 and Pick 3, from receiving a promo bonus. Lastly, why can’t Pick 4 and Pick 3 players have their purchases auto renewed? Just wondering and hoping to receive consideration for future promotions. Thank you for reading.
