  1. 5/5Positive UPDATE!

UDATE!! Many improvements have been made since my original review!! The live in-car cameras are fun. I usually turn the driver audio on and keep the camera audio off. Statistics are now always available. Audio almost always works just fine. I have happily continued the subscription and am very satisfied with how things work now. Sometimes a good thing takes time to develop! I highly recommend this app now!! Old Review Last week I was unable to see the leaderboard statistics. Like others are experiencing, I also had no audio at all. I attempted to do all of the "normal" things to fix the problem but nothing was helpful. I ended up missing the app. experience for the entire race! I attempted to get it to work for this week's race and faced the exact same issues! I then contacted the support team. The tech asked me to do something that would definitely cause me to lose contact with him. I asked about it but he assured me that I would not have any problems being reconnected. I signed on and saw that I was the next customer in line. After a wait that lasted nearly an hour, I saw I had a message stating that I was unable to be connected to the support team and I should "Try again later." REALLY?? I pay monthly for my subscription and I am paid up to date. (I offered to send that verification to the tech that I briefly spoke to.) I have now lost two entire races and will no doubt lose next week's race since this is a race-related issue so it can only be addressed during a race. That means I have lost three weeks use of my app, which I think is terrible! It is a shame that there is not a good, quality support team that is able to back up this app!!

  2. 5/5NASCAR App

I like to look at this FREE APP, however, I think it is very poorly written. Such as, I just opened it to check the final standings of the Talledega race. While I can’t honestly say how it presently reads as you through this Review up first thing. However, it fully illustrates my major criticism of the App. I ask you, what was the biggest event happening today? In case you don’t know, it was the Talledega race. Whenever I open the App you tell me all this extraneous information that I have no interest in. I want to know where my favorite driver(s) finished in the race. Yesterday I tried to find the starting lineup for todays race and never did find it I have a feeling the App is written by someone who is too close to the operation while you need to find someone to write it that is interested in the sport but not so closely knitted to the actual operation. I could be wrong but this but is how I feel about it. The App reads to me like a Chinese phone book. Lastly, I have been a fan for more than 70 years. Please stop legislating yourself out of business. You remind me of our corrupt Federal. government.

  3. 5/5Dover race

I truly wish NASCAR would pick just a couple of TV stations to carry the race. I have farmer TV (antenna & Roku). I have to subscribe to various networks and I get subscribed and then I have to pay for an other network subscription and I am finding that very annoying and expensive. You have been on TNT, NBC, CW, MSNBC, and at least one other network so far this season. I really enjoy watching NASCAR But I get frustrated by not being able to find the networks I need. I am 79 years old and can’t afford cable. But some of these networks require almost as much to watch for a month as subscribing to cable at the second level to get the race live each week. It is no wonder that you are losing viewers because we can’t get it on TV. On live would make people want to come to a race. Although gate tickets are very expensive. Lower your prices and more people would come to fill your seats.

  4. 5/5New nascar app

The changes made to the nascar app that I Pay for are terrible. One of the main things I Want in the app is the incar radio and the crew chief. You have taken away the crew chief from the new app and put in a spot Where we get kind of play by play during the race which is useless!!! Please bring back the crew chief on this app. We pay a lot of money for this feature and everyone I have spoken to wants it back. It had real time data Of how far ahead or behind the driver was and now all we have is the leader board which doesn’t update until the leader goes past the start/finish line. I hope you really listen to the people that pay for this app!!!!! If this is the way you are keeping the app I definitely will not be buying it next year!!!!!!

  5. 4/5Updates somehow make this app worse.

Every time the app is updated things get harder to navigate. Why? It was fine last year and now you all have changed it to where playing nascar fantasy is very hard to navigate. What did you all think you made better? Please tell me. There is a saying…. “Keep it simple stupid” that maybe you all have heard of and you should use it. We don’t want to hit 3 different screens to change our drivers out then look at running order and then see who is winning the fantasy league for the day. Why would we? Tighten up NASCAR. ALSO WHY CANT I CHECK IN? Also even when I do check in I get NOTHING OUT OF IT AT THE END OF THE YEAR YALL CLEAR POINTS. I am a loyal fan I watch the race every weeks and get zero out of y’all’s “REWARD SYSTEM” “IT’s a JOKE” and I Been watching NASCAR 25 years religiously. But NASCAR has turned into a joke and I’m tired of wasting my days and spending my hard earned money on race tickets.
