1. 1/5Not Accurate information

   There are stops listed on this App that are NOT actual stops and never have been. There are also places where busses DO stop and are NOT supposed to many due to “safety reasons” This App is NOT ACCURATE whatsoever and only confuses and causes tensions between the drivers and the Passenger when the WRONG information is given via this APP. FOR EXAMPLE: The stop listed for the Park City C ON Manheim pike at the TRAFFIC LIGHT/ corner of Steelway is NOT and has never been a stop for the C bus. The C bus would already be in the “turning lane” to go up Steelway and therefor it would be impossible and NOT safe whatsoever to pick up/drop off there. Also on the C bus route there is NO stop right outside OLD NAVY there never has been but your App is staying otherwise. also busses DO stop over at Barnes and Noble’s all the time BUT there is NO stop for that listed on your App. There are many more instances of this. Perhaps y’all should get it together so that there are NO more misunderstandings between drivers and passengers???

2. 4/5Critical for Bus Tracking (Weather Drives)

   Without the app, imagine being at the bus stop at the posted times online in very bad weather (below freezing cold winds in pouring rain) 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the schedule to ensure you do not have to wait 1-1.5 hours for the next route schedule and be late to work. The gratitude of 4 stars is having the OPTION to-even use a rather delayed app show me where the bus is located. Even with geofencing delays, I (by experience) know when to depart to the stop to better protect health and welfare. As far as trip PLANNING, Google maps seems a best resource because our search data feeds their oligopoly (more than likely truly US oligarchy)… where as public transportation is the metro of voters wishing for us to just be productive rather than needy there by increasing local taxes. Thank you for allowing me to spend $2.5-5/day versus $20-40 or more with cabs, lyft or ubers 🏆Don’t forget to ensure app auto-updates for better service & security.

3. 5/5It finally works

   I have reviewed this app some years ago, and I knew that this app had great potential. At the time the app was horrible because it had a lot of glitches, causing the app to force close! Some odd years later this app is everything! As a legally blind person, this app is fully functional for me and helps me navigate where I am, where I’d like to go, and how to get there! The app provides walking directions on how to get to the bus route as well as fully functional maps that you can zoom in on and see if you’re in the correct area! Way to go My Stop! It is a five star rating from me this go, Round!

4. 2/5This was supposed to be an upgrade for the city

   I am not sure how many times I have missed interviews, class, work because I was told oh this app is real time and reliable. LIES! It will say the bus is coming at 7:58 yet at 7:52 the bus went flying by. Or I use it when having to transfer so I can see how long I have to wait. It was 102 degrees outside. None of our stops are covered the sun was blaring and it said I had a 3 minute wait. Ok cool I can do that. 2 minutes go by 6 minutes go by 20 minutes go by and now I’m angry and about to have heat stroke. Now it says 50 more minutes til the bus comes. Are you kidding me? So job interview 18 missed because I was fired again from my Last job because I was never there on time including for the interview and my first day. Both the app and the bus system need to figure it out. How is anyone supposed to get anywhere on time when the information we are being fed is not accurate kinda like the news and politics.

5. 5/5No longer Sloppy!

   Update! After years of frustration with this app, they finally got it right! What I found out though was that I didn’t see the new improvements until I deleted the app and reinstalled it. This is a bit of a flaw in itself but the benefits make the app much more useful. It no longer automatically zooms out and a recent upgrade had caused the underlying map disappear. But all that’s fixed now! And the feature that kept me using it was the live bus progress updates which I haven’t found in any other bus app. Very pleased now! Previous Karenesque post: One of the most useful features of this app is the real time updates of where my bus is. Soon after I started using this app, however, I found that it frequently zoomed out of the magnified view that I set. The developer said that it only did that when I looked at another app and left MyStop in the background or if I let my phone go to sleep and it was normal for a mapping app to do so (not true since no other mapping app does this that I’ve observed). Regardless, I found this functionality manageable if still obnoxious. A recent upgrade to the app has made it far worse, however - now it zooms out every time the map updates. This is really annoying. When I use the app. I want to be able to narrow the view down to the part that’s relevant to me - I don’t want to be forced to view the whole route. The feedback function doesn’t work, either. A simple text message never uploaded even at home with 5g WiFi. And then I found that the captcha contact form on their website didn’t work either. As a former programmer myself, this all strikes me as very sloppy development.
