1. 2/5This service is great... 1/3 of the time.

   I have used my park a few times. The equipment installed in The parking lots seems to not be up to the task and is always haggardly looking and often broken. Just now I had to drive off without my space becoming available to rent. So I’m back home, still being charged by Mypark. The customer next to me was in a space with a loud alarm sounding. Her mypark space blocker was pressed against the bottom of her car. She did not know what to do. She ended up having to drive over it bending the hell out of the equipment. You see they do not have a phone number, a chat on their site, anything that allows you to work with customer service. If you have an issue all you can do is fill in a web form (which does not even email you to let you know that the send worked!!) I don’t think I will mypark ever again. I don’t know if the lady next to me had her car damaged by the faulty equipment but she stayed to talk to the mall management about it.

2. 5/5Pretty Cool App

   Thank goodness I was given an opportunity to update my review. At first I was extremely frustrated with the app but in the end, needed to exercise a bit of patience. So when my family and I left, the clock in the app was still ticking. I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again. Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

   My wife wanted to go to Victoria’s Secret....I needed to return some shirts to Express. As usual there were NO PARKING SPACES at the St John’s Town Center. While driving in circles for 20 minutes looking for a space I keep passing these premium spaces that require you to download an app. At first it was just irritating and then I thought “what the heck” and downloaded the app. It took about 3 minutes to download the app and Park in a perfect spot.....and because it only took us 26 minutes the entire thing was.... FREE! Love this. Wish you all has spaces at all of my spots.

4. 1/5Over charged me hours I did not use!!

   This has got to be the worst experience I ever had with a parking app! 1.) I went to my assigned space and for 10 minutes it would not say I was parked even though I was. 2.) I parked in my spot for only 1 hour for $3. But they ended up charging me $18 dollars saying I was there for 6 hours!! 3.) I noticed in the app that they kept saying I was still parked even though I left hours ago. I emailed them twice to tell them this so that I wouldn’t be over charged but I never got a single response. I am so frustrated and would not recommend this company. Now I have to spend my day tomorrow to contact the bank dispute my charge. Thanks for nothing!

5. 1/5App keeps saying no connectivity even after re-downloading

   I’ve tried everything from turning off phone, connecting to wifi, using mobile data, refreshing app and even uninstalling and reinstalling this app. It worked fine when I first used it. But after off loading it seems like it doesn’t even let me log in using my Facebook which is how I’m sure I logged in before. Regardless, the app keeps popping up with the same error modal “No connectivity, please check your internet connection.” Clearly there’s a connection of i was able to re-download the app. So what gives? Please fix this bug!
