4/5A Great, Simple Game Tracker…at least it could be
Let me be clear: I really enjoy this app. It’s simple, easy to use, and has a lot of charm. Most games, official or fan made, can be found here. MOST games. Maybe I am wrong, but I have not found a single Game Boy Color game on here. Game Boy and GBA games can be found, but nothing for the GBC. In addition, there are no GBA Video cartridges that can be logged. Some GameCube games are missing, among other games from most consoles, but the majority of games can be found. I just wish there was more support for tracking retro games.

3/5Not Quite There
This app needs to have landscape mode and a way to scan upc codes for data entry. It would make it much more useful. And by now, there must be a huge database of cover art out there. Look at services like Roon and Discogs for music. Great examples. Then simply build up the game list to include everything from desktop games to Intellivision to PS5 and possibly board games. It would only make sense. As a collector of multiple platforms, I have yet to find a real deep database for games that has everything since the first Atari system to modern day and that doesn't rip you off with monthly fees.

5/5Nice and simple!
Overall a great experience adding games to the list. Scanning bar codes made it very simple. Did seem to have all the games in the database but will be looking for updates there. As I saw in the other reviews. List sharing feature would be awesome to send to friends. ( hey what to y’all want to play?) This app was exactly what I have been looking for though going to a shop and seeing a deal and thinking… hmmm do I have that game?

4/5Really great overall, some nitpicks holding it back…
First of all, I really do like it. It helps to defeat the great Backlog Beast, and is overall pretty polished. My main gripe is that it feels empty and isolated. Maybe a contact sync feature? Themes and custom backgrounds would be nice, too. An option for the share feature to be a image instead of text would be good for easy twitter sharing. Oh yeah, support for VR platforms as well. I’m sure I have more in me… Hm, how about an in-app suggestion box? And before I finish, are you anywhere online, social media that we can follow or anything for updates?

4/5Love it but could use some features
I love this app if my collection seems small until I check my registered games and realize woah I have a lot of games. I also like to set my status of the games I’m playing even though there’s no point in that. That’s one small problem I have with it, I would love if there was a friends list and they could see your game collection your ratings and your status and vice versa hopefully that happens soon but over all it’s a great app for collectors the database is very complete and the UI is very clean. 👾🎮

Multi-Platform Copies (Pro) Track the same game across every platform and store you own it on. Each copy keeps its own status, rating, review, strategy notes, and playtime — so your PS5 playthrough doesn't overwrite your Steam Deck save notes. Reorder copies, set a primary, and delete individuals without losing the game. Region-Aware Release Dates Games now show the release date for your region and primary platform — so EU and JP players stop seeing North American launch dates on multi-region titles. Switch your primary platform and the date updates to match. Better Exports (Pro) PDF exports now render each platform copy as its own card with the cover art repeated. CSV produces one row per copy with copy-specific fields. JSON export is cleaner and more portable. Plus - Smoother iCloud sync with fewer duplicate-game edge cases - Faster, more reliable Steam re-imports - VoiceOver improvements on Game Detail Thanks for using MyGamesDatabase! Got feedback? Tap Contact Dan in Settings.
