It would be nice to be able to take notes like to scribble on appt or mark for lunch with the Apple pen or just with stylus or your finger To take quick notes Instead of having to actually creat it as an appt U can just jot down to block an hour or two . Also like if you need to move an appt down or up and hour or 30 mins -or to just move it to another day - it would be nice to put your finger and drag it to another day or time slot without have to delete and put it some where else - cause if u can just put your finger and drag it to where u need that appt would save time .. but love how u added the wk love that soooooo much . 4/5It’s simple and straightforward
It works well. There are things I’d like differently but they are more my preference than anything. I like that my text reminders are covered with subscription and that price is lower compared to others. I think this would be great for just starting out & comparable to a pc scheduler that I prefer but is not realistic to use on the go or away from salon. I’ve had this app for 2yrs now and the only trouble was app had 72hrs of text reminders not working. I think that’s pretty great considering what others have had happen or done.

5/5I’m BACK!!
I used this app for 6+ years at my salon. Everything works great for running a small salon with multiple stylists. Then I added a location and opted to try Gloss genius as it advertised multi location. False advertising. I had to pay for 2 separate accounts and couldn’t access the one unless I was at that salon. So many hiccups. Support was NOT good. So I reached back out to MyCuts. They quickly jumped in and helped me find a solution to my multiple location problem and help me get things signed up and set up. They are so easy to work with and are quick to respond. I’m thankful to be back. They continue to add features and are very reasonably priced. You won’t regret this option.

I’ve been using MyCuts for three years now. And it has been a lifesaver. It helps me keep up with all my appointments and it helps me stay on track because it sends me notifications when my next client is about to arrive. He is also extremely helpful with the reminder and confirmation texts to the client. I tell all my coworkers about MyCuts all the time, hopefully they will use it one day but until then I’m loving it.

3/5Doesn’t save previous notes
You would think it would save the notes from the previous haircuts on the clients info page. If you want to see it, you have to remember what day u did the cut and go all the way back to that day in the calendar to see them. Doesn’t make much since to me and problematic. Also, it would be nice to have a photo library or your client’s end results just in case you hear “do exactly what you did last time”. I am on the look out for a better program.
