1. 5/5One of the best games I’ve ever played😄😄😄

   I really love this game, it’s cute and I like seeing what tama I’ll raise next! There are two things about it that bug me though… Firstly, with the Tama Academy Cards, it’s a little annoying that there’s a really low chance of getting a fragments and items from the cards, especially since it’s all about luck picking the cards at random.😔I feel that we should either get the option to watch a video to see the remaining card, or increased chances of finding a fragment, or have more cards to chose from since it takes a really long time for the points to fill the gauge to get a card pack😐 Secondly, I think there should be an option to be if you want to buy an item, it asks if you really want to buy it or not, because I bought a rug with gems that I didn’t even want because I clicked on it on by accident😭 Other than those two things, it’s an awesome game and the ads don’t bother me at all! If you took the time to read this, thank you!!😊

2. 3/5It’s ok..?

   This game has a good concept, it can teach responsibility, but it gets annoying after you really get into it. My Tamagotchi just leveled up to a toddler, and it likes corn now, and the only way to get corn is to watch videos, but when I tried to watch the video, after it stopped playing, the game froze completely and I couldn’t do anything! ( I tried this a second time and the same thing happened) And I’ve seen various other comments about this, and it seems the support is just guiding people to their website to ‘get help.’ Why can’t you just check the game/update it? Please fix this glitch, it’s really annoying, and I know you can feed your Tamagotchi’s with food other then their favorites, but I would like it if I didn’t have to always feed them beginner food. Also, I know you can buy a package to get rid of adds, but my mom won’t let me spend money on games, and I can’t subscribe or follow or whatever the creator because I don’t have an account, and my mom won’t let me make one. So there, not everyone can easily play this game. So please fix this glitch and your customer support because right because I’m uninstalling for right now. I’m not trying to be rude, but I really like this game concept and I just want to play freely. Please fix this glitch. I’m standing up for all the people that have tried to tell you this, but you won’t reply appropriately. Please creators.. I love this game, don’t ruin it!

3. 2/5Doesn’t Live Up, Not The Same

   The tamagotchi app doesn’t live up to the old tamagotchi originals. First off, everything costs way to much money and the arcade games aren’t as entertaining and don’t provide enough money in rewards to keep up with the items you need to purchase throughout the game (which actually makes sense since the developers want to rip you off enough so you have to pay them in real money). Second off, this app doesn’t have the same “daily clock” as like the originals did. They tamagotchi only sleeps for about one hour at a time and it doesn’t line up at all with the players actual sleep schedule. This app doesn’t understand that we humans can’t be up 24/7. If you raise the tamagotchi’s stats to its highest point right before you go to bed, when you wake up they are all at 0% because you weren’t there to raise them again. That stats drop too fast as well. For example, once you give your tamagotchi a bath about two second later they start to get dirty again. This isn’t enjoyable nor does it make any realistic sense. Lastly, this app doesn’t have the exploration the classic tamagotchis had. There’s no town to travel or new places to discover, you’re just trapped at a small home where everything you need is just provided there for you. All these things make the same frustrating, not worth your time, and just shows that a lot of classic fun games are never put into good mobile games because their developers care more about the ads and making money than they do about the putting quality and the aspects the audience actually liked into the game.

4. 3/5At a stand still

   Game is cute, but in order to have your adult pal move on, it requires annoying things in order to do so. For example, hit 50 YELLOW notes in the band practice game - not just 50 notes. Frankly I find most of the mini games boring. I play them as little as possible. I stopped playing the game because this new career wants me to get 50 SWISH basket ball shots, not just 50 regular baskets. I realized that I was going to have to do this mini game a LOT in order to do this, and frankly, I don’t want to. I am at like level 50, I have bought most of the decor in the town in order to fill the memory book. Yet somehow I am still missing pictures for this particular adult that would let me pick a different career to avoid this silly basket ball requirement. Coin rewards from these mini games are minimal as well. I spent real money to double coin earnings forever, and they are still inadequate. I am frustrated get this new spring event as well. I think the highest reward from this event is getting like 1,000 flowers. WITH my doubler I get like 10 flowers, max. I already hate playing the mini games. If they were more rewarding, I’d push through in order to get the flowers, because I tend to be a collector in games and would love to have the event exclusive things. But it’s literally not even with it, I’m not even going to try. That and only three games reward with flowers, not all of the games (which is ridiculous). Devs say if you spend real money on the game that you won’t get ads any more, but that’s a lie, because I still get ads. I will probably uninstall.

5. 3/5Pretty fun, has some bugs

   When Tamagotchis were popular back in the early 2000s I had nearly 15 of them, and bought 2 FRIENDS a couple years ago, so as someone who has been a lifelong fan I was super excited for an app on my phone! But I do have some complaints, and a very annoying bug to talk about. Glitch: My latest Tama just evolved to Memetchi, and I was given the option to study for the Gardener job. My problem is that every time I entered the building to try and change the outfit, the app froze. I couldn't see nor select any outfit options, nor could I exit the room or perform any other in-game function. I had to shut down the app and reopen it every time. I dunno if it’s just Memetchi or if this is every Tama since the firework update. It took about 4 tries over two days before this finally worked, I’m hoping it doesn’t come back. Also, I’m fairly irked that there is no potty training my Tamas anymore. I seem to recall In previous incarnations, after a certain age or number of successful interventions, Tamas would learn to use the potty on their own, I’ve seen zero evidence of this. Otherwise, this app seems to stay true to the soul of the small friends I loved when I was younger. The games are simple yet compelling, the animations are fun and sweet, and the customization is limited but still exciting. C:
