  1. 5/5Love this app!!

I’m a first time mom and was having a hard time finding meals that me and my baby could both eat. I found this account on ig and decided to buy the app! My baby is nine months old so i was curious if the recipes would be suitable for her. Almost all of the recipes work perfect for me and baby! She lovesss every meal i make her and i like that we are able to enjoy them together. It’s super easy to use and i usually just put the recipes that she likes under the favorites tab so that i can easily go back to them. Most of the meals are super quick to make which is perfect when i have limited time. I also like that a lot of the recipes call for different spices which give some of the traditional recipes a new flavor for the baby to try. She loves the cardamom French toast!!! Highly recommend this app!

  2. 1/5Wish they advertised it's a pay to use app

Deleted shortly after downloaded. As a SAHM I unfortunately am on a strict budget don't go out to eat and make everything from scratch. Follow MLFC on Instagram and this came up on my advisement feed. I thought just like her website it would have the free recipes. Wrongly mistaken I like to get inspiration but I can't justify paying a subscription for something I won't be able to use all the recipes for. UPDATE: I read the whole description and it doesn't state it's a monthly subscription. I only found out when I downloaded the app. And I when originally mentioned that I was referring to the ad I saw on Instagram to download the app. Or would have been nice to know ahead of time, so I could consider if I would have wanted it rather then be surprised that I literally couldn't do anything unless I upgraded in the app. Like there was no free trial to see if it would be something I would like to have a subscription to 😔. I am guessing the description they were referring to was the other app on the "free" on saying a monthly subscription but that is misleading because it makes it seem like there's a free app when it doesn't allow you do to anything but upgrade to the subscription 😕

  3. 5/5Buy it, don’t think!!

I love love love this app! I am a first time mom and was having a hard time in deciding what to feed my daughter. I followed MLFC on Instagram and absolutely loved her recipes and her twist on traditional recipes. She then launched her app and it was a no brainer for me to buy it. The USP for me was that the recipes are both, baby/toddler and adult friendly and they can be made ahead, which is a great relief in the parenthood journey. Now I don’t have to worry about what to cook because I know I have a great resource which is both, delicious and packed with nutrients. My baby loves her recipes and eats almost everything from the app, the strawberry oatmeal and raspberry breakfast cake are one of her (and my) favorites. I can’t wait for Shikha to add new recipes and for us to try them. We have a happy baby, thank you Shikha!!

  4. 5/5Worth Every Penny!

Let me just start by saying that I normally avoid paying for any app. In fact, this is the only one I pay for and I would be willing to pay more. The value of the content that you get is incredible! I had been having such a hard time finding things that my daughter would eat as she becomes increasingly picky and independent. I was tired of endlessly scrolling through Pinterest for ideas. This app has original recipe ideas that I haven’t seen anywhere else for kids. (And not just kids- she has recipes for all ages and I’ve enjoyed all of the recipes myself!) I would love to see an option to add notes to a recipe in future updates for any substitutions I may make to a recipe so I can remember for next time :)

  5. 5/5Seriously Amazing

I love this app. It has lots of excellent recipes that are wholesome and nutritious, but also simple. And my kids LOVE the recipes I have made for them so far! I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old and they are both fans. In the app, you can schedule out the food you plan to make so it is convenient for meal planning. You can also make shopping lists, and “favorite” recipes. I find it to be quite user friendly. I have only had the app for about two weeks and probably have made a good 7 recipes from it. Oh and the other thing is, there are lots of recipes that require very little prep. So valuable for a busy working mom like me.
