5/5This is gonna sound fake, but it’s not..
I give this game 5 stars because I LOVE IT!! I read the other reviews and people are saying that it’s impossible to advance in the game unless you spend real money and im here to tell you — that’s not true. I mean, yes, if you wanna play fast you’re gonna have to watch a bunch of ads to get diamonds and use them for money or other things in the game, but you totally don’t have to. There are enough features in the game to play it without spending any money, i’m not even kidding. I’ve been playing for 4 days and I’m already Bronze 2 and I haven’t spent a cent, not because I don’t want to but because Im broke. Anywho. If I can play this game without spending money then you can too. I’m so hang up to this game I literally check it first thing in the morning. I guess those saying that it’s impossible to advance in the game don’t like to watch ads. I mean, neither do I. But if I wanna play the game quick and get to buy furniture or make broths quick AND for free, I literally just watch ads. The most I had to wait to make broth was 2 hours, which is literally not even bad (broths is like the most important thing in this game basically). Waiting 2 hours is not bad like be fr. You just gotta figure out how to play the game by its rules if you’re not tryna spend money. It’s that easy. And plus, the game is like hella new, so they’re still developing things and working on it. I’m excited to see what’s next in the game & keep playing— my goal right now it’s to make my Hall pink 🫶🏻

5/5Surprisingly Fun and Fulfilling
I was apprehensive at first, but I realize I really like this game once I started getting the hang of all the different tasks to complete. I have only been playing for a few days, but I really do like all the different options between characters (staff), the different areas of the restaurant, meals, different mini games to keep you even more intrigued. I will say that it seems a title unforgiving when you make a decision and you can’t come back from it without paying for it (star wise) to change something like the name of the restaurant etc, but I can understand how that’s a good technique for them to encourage people to pay real money to gain more stars because if you use just the ads to gain stars that would take a long time and it may have a limit how often we can use the ads to gain stars, I haven’t seen if that is the case yet, but you gain 10 stars per ad you watch and can trade it for valuable items such as money etc, but they seem to be pretty generous so far, but we do have to realize that they have to makeup so either we be patient and occupy ourselves in between time with other games possibly or pay to speed up the process, but to each its own preference in regards to that. The intricate details in this game is definitely amazing.

3/5Really fun… up to a point
This game is visually appealing and was fun up until a point. I have consistently played this game for about two months now, leveling up to Silver 3. Reaching Gold 1 requires an outrageous amount of training points to be accumulated for staff, which is unattainable within a reasonable time, even as a consistent and loyal user. I have been stuck trying to advance to Gold for over two weeks now, barely making any progress at all. Training points require obtaining training books, which casually drop when merging items and can be traded by clovers or bought in the store. However, even when obtaining the books in this way you only advance training points by 6 or 7 points per 20+ books that you use. In addition to all these things, you must also level up dishes to reach Gold, which requires fish cookies (which are almost mythical objects at this point because you hardly ever receive any). It seems like you can only advance in the game at this point by buying packs that are outrageously expensive and require real money. The cheat codes that were released last month did help, however, no new ones have been released this month. I honestly think I will delete the game unless more cheat codes are released, because I have no other reason to play the game at the moment- I’m not even upgrading furniture/food. My main goal has been forced to be logging into the game for 3 min every hour or two to try to get training books. I feel that loyal users are getting punished by unreasonable/unattainable goals set by the developers that force you to use real money to play the game.

3/5Not worth the grind
I debated whether or not to give this app 2 or 3 stars and decided to stick with three for the enjoyment it gave me for the time being. The concept is interesting and fun. It’s a neat little spin on restaurant management and I like the aesthetic of it all. The problem is (even if you pay money) the game comes to a screeching halt at Bronze 3/Silver 1. There is heavy emphasis on food quality and getting your rating up in order to get another star to advance; that is the only way to unlock more purchase options. That would be fine if it was so grueling and time consuming to get the ingredients needed just to make ONE new broth or a new dish that has any significant bump in rating. I’ve reach a wall and will log in for maybe two to five minutes before seeing that there’s absolutely nothing to do. It’s not worth spending excessive amounts of time or gems or real money to get a new dish that’s only going to net a couple points towards the next level. Not to mention you need training books for your staff and Yummy Fish for quality increases of your dishes… all of which are not easy to come by and only yield one or two at a time. So, the basic broth requires 15 Yummy Fish to upgrade (plus the monetary cost) and you only get them by random luck in the lottery once a day (very hard to get), buying them with gems (expensive), or having enough Four-Leaf Clovers to turn in which you get randomly from matching base ingredients in Storage. I had just opened the theater, which took a very long time to do and you can’t really buy much, hire actors, or upgrade until you get to Silver 3 which, again, would take a few months, lucky. It was fun while it lasted, but there’s not a whole lot here to keep me coming back. Uninstalled.

EDIT: Since this last update, you can’t watch ads in exchange for diamonds anymore. They reaaaally want you to expend real life cash on this game. So for that, I am knocking down one star. The game is slowly turning into a pay to win scenario. Which baffles me because each time we watch an ad to get diamonds, the devs get money so… the idea that they delete that extra income for them in the hope that people will cave in and expend RL cash, makes no sense to me. Unless they have data that we don’t have showing them that a lot of people are sinking RL cash on this. I deleted my last review because I didn’t noticed you could hide the UI. Anyways! I love the game. I despise that after you reach silver 2 stars, the game gets considerably difficult. Every upgrade costs more and more and more (over 300,000) which makes the game a grind. We all know why this is. So you can buy microtransactions. Also I wouldn’t call this game a “game”. You hit 1-2 things and then close the game. The “game” plays itself. That’s not very entertaining now, does it? The little fish you need to upgrade dishes? Yeah, IMPOSSIBLE to get. Unless you buy them with real life money, play the lottery game which drops just 2 fish and that is if you get the fish at all. Characters don’t drop them, the create a pot creator doesn’t drop them like it does with journals to upgrade characters and getting them with points it’s expensive.
