When I first got the app it took a long time to add my information kept loading for too long. Now it did work for a bit but last two payments I tried to do, it did not work and I needed to call instead. Mind you I’ve been living in my new house for about 5 months now. Just ridiculous I was hoping this app would help payments go smoothly, now it just a hassle and now I think I’ll just call from now on. I was just hoping this app would be easier and faster but it’s not now.

1/5This app is a joke!
After 30 minutes of fooling with the app trying to set it up. Being told my user name and address were incorrect, I finally get to the part where I can input my utility bill account information. Then I’m told that account is registered to someone else?? Really??!! Why aren’t they paying my utility bill then! Pathetic! I will just continue to pay the old fashioned way.

2/5Good when it wants to work
I like the convenience that this app should bring us but majority of the time this app wants to take forever to load no matter what I do in the app and regardless if I have good data or WiFi connection on my phone. If it didn’t have those issues then this app would be great. Please fix this issue because it’s been happening for 2+ years.

I've tried multiple times to set up my account again on this app after upgrading to iOS 26, but I keep getting this error message: “SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” This has been happening for two months. If you use Water Utility Management, LLC, I recommend paying through the website instead of relying on the app, as it’s unreliable and frustrating to set up.

1/5Very Poor Execution
Like others it seems, the idea of the app is great, the execution is awful. The manner in which it saves or doesn’t save information is poor, UI breaks when setting up info for the first time, technically I have autopay setup but I have no idea when it will bill and can’t change it and don’t want to try any harder because the UI is broken.
