3/5My Goto app on EMT pipe bending
One star removed : For the benefit to new users, I wish in the next release will contain a pop up message to alert all new users that a default bender library listing most popular brand and model benders will be unavailable in this app. Users must physically bend an EMT pipe in personal necessary to develop a user specific bender model/parameter for future use. Hope this helps. Second star removed : GUI data entry: please leave the fractional value omitted in the slider entry. In present state if we over slide we need to do up to 15 clicks to home in our target value. This may be a big deal to the developer and no fun to users. Will be five stars when new release have fixed above issues.

Wish I would have had looked closer. FUTURE UPDATES. I bought the app thinking it would do all that now. Now is when I need some of those features. Not a complete waste unless I buy something that does what this does now to. Back to the App Store. Maybe I will like the app better when and if its updated.

This update also introduces live bend previews throughout the app. As you enter measurements, the conduit bend now updates in real time on screen, giving you immediate visual feedback instead of relying on static images. My Bender can now also detect impossible or impractical bends and will alert you when a bend cannot physically be made, helping prevent mistakes before you get to the job site. This version introduces error screens that explain why your bend turned red. This version also has an updated calculation for fitting an offset between 2 points. You can now position the bend within the bend area, with a "=" button that will center the bend within the bend area.

Version 4.2 allows you to save your bends. Save a bend with a tap of a button, and access it from the main screen. This saves time for repeated bends or for reference at a future date. Unlimited amount of bends and swipe to delete when you no longer need them.
