1. 5/5A great option in Bangkok

   I really like this app. So far when I've used it, it's easy to see where the car is after you request a pickup, and the drivers are very nice and accomodating. There are a few limitations to be aware of. For example you are limited to the pickup and dropoff points that are already in the app. So you might need to walk a little extra before or after your ride. Some drivers are nice enough to drop you off a little closer to your destination if it isn't in the app though. You also cannot use this app to travel across the city. It's only for traveling within a set area. So you have to choose On Nut, Silom, Sukhumvit, etc, and you can't travel outside of that area once you've selected it. It's really great for things like getting to or from the BTS station to your destination or back again though. Also note that this isn't like Grab or Bolt with hundreds of drivers. There is a limited number of drivers and tuktuks, so consider this as one option. When you're in need of a ride, request and see how far away the next available driver is. If it's too long then cancel without any penalties and try another app. It's great if you just consider it as one of your options and don't rely on it exclusively because it might be 30 minutes until a car can get to you. Finally the service stops at 9pm in Bangkok, so it's not always available. With those things in mind I've enjoyed every ride I've taken. The tuktuks are large and comfortable and the drivers are safe and friendly. You have the flexibility to choose how many people will be traveling with you for a shared ride, or you can request a private 6 seat car all for yourself and your friends. Suggestions to improve would be allowing tipping within the app, and being able to submit feedback to add a pickup point to the map.

2. 3/5Limited travel options, but you pay first

   You have to load money into their wallet. After doing that I discovered you can only travel between their determined zones and not the 2.5km I wanted to travel. Now I regret putting money into their wallet app. I’ll use it for short trips and then delete the app. I walk to most places in my zone I’d visit.

3. 2/5Paying for express service is a scam?

   Recently there is new feature to pay extra 10 thb for express service. It always shows the car is right by my location and gives me an “almost here” pop up and an estimate of <5 minutes. Then I hurry downstairs only to wait 15 minutes for the car to not arrive. This happened multiple times and I have waited for half an hour with no car as I’m writing this review. Is the location shown even real or this feature you just pretend a car is close when I pay the 10 THB?

4. 2/5Long Waits and Bugs

   The app is quite buggy. But moreover a fundamental flaw is that you cannot see how long a cart will take to arrive before you purchase it. Estimated pick up times swing wildly between. 15-25 minutes and then 2-5 minutes with no in between. Furthermore you can’t ever see how far a tuk-tuk is away because half the time the GPS on these cars don’t work well enough. Can’t imagine paying for this service unless some bigger issues are resolved.

5. 2/5Convenient…. When it arrives

   The timer is so innacurate sometimes. You’ll end up waiting three to four times what it says initially sometimes, and others it will randomly come super quickly when you’re not prepared. I’ve also had a tuk tuk coming in -“6 minutes” only to get replaced with one 20+ mins away. We love riding in an electric tuk tuk, and the drivers are usually very kind and professional, but the app and waiting experience stinks.
