I’ve always been skeptical of workout apps on your phone, and honestly I’m glad I gave this a try and purchased the years worth program. They ask you a bunch of questions like what do you want to improve on? What are you trying to improve upon the most (answers were strength, health, improving libido etc) and what kind of exercises you struggle with the most. It puts together a easy to follow program that you can choose what you want to work on that day. For example, I’m trying to lose weight throughout my whole body so I choose by and it put together so many different exercises that a beginner, intermediate, or expert level. It keeps you on pace and definitely makes sure that you get a very solid workout in. By the end of an intermediate workout I was so tired and worn out I don’t think I’m gonna be able to move for the rest of the night. Defiantly worth the purchase.

UPDATE: I’ve been emailing Support to find out if you can reorder the exercises. Also, when you’re doing a workout, on the right upper-hand corner it says Settings — it’s a fly-out where you can set the exercise settings. I am on iPad and that Setting fly-out does not stay open, so you can’t adjust the settings. I’ve emailed Support a number of times and this person called Emma just responds with random comments. Whoever this person is does not understand English; cannot answer the questions; and obviously nothing can be fixed. I received an email from the developer (someone called Iris — no idea why they’re using female names, obviously not their own), asking me to contact Support. I’ve been doing that with zero progress and just gave up after multiple emails and attempts to describe the problem. You can’t reorder the exercises. You can build a workout or have the AI build the workout, but you can’t put them in the order you want. Also, there are no options for warm up and cool down when you build your own routine. Frustrating. Also, there is a flyout that you can activate during the workout for the settings for the workout — except it does not stay open! I emailed support and got this Emma person responding — not at all addressing my questions, but seemingly randomly saying, you can reset a workout! Frustrating!

5/5Easiest Way to Stay Consistent
I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps, and Muscle Monster Workout Planner is one of the easiest to stick with. The workouts are straightforward, customizable, and actually fit into a busy schedule without feeling overwhelming. I really like how it guides you through exercises and helps you stay consistent, which is honestly the hardest part. It’s great for both beginners and people who already have some experience, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and overall routine since using it. The interface is clean and simple, so you don’t waste time figuring things out. Definitely recommend if you want something practical that keeps you on track without overcomplicating things.

The app generally seems rather easy to follow. However, based on the information I provided I would have expected the workout plans to be a little More challenging. The major things from me really enjoying this app #1 are being able to jump back and forth between exercises…..equipment is not always available or open at the gym and can’t continue with the sequence provided with the app so in essence when you skip the exercise you can’t Go back. I would also like to edit the level of difficulty to avoid getting a beginner plan when I’m More of intermediate. Maybe I am Missing something in the setting or in the app where both of these issues can be addressed?
