Before you have to pay for the subscription, they ask you a bunch for questions and make it seem like they're going to create a plan just for you. I was told I would gain a certain amount of muscle and weight by December 23. As Soon as you pay for the app, you're just hit with a bunch of different, random workouts, no meal plan, and no way to rearrange the workouts. They are always in a rotation, which is impossible to do it in Gym because by the time you get back to that particular exercise someone's going to be on the machine. You can't combine anything, alter it, and the gym machine options are slim at best. You have to keep the app open while using it, which is a pain, and it's just overall unhelpful. A complete waste of money. I just went back to my old app Fitbod. Much easier to use.

I’ve always been skeptical of workout apps on your phone, and honestly I’m glad I gave this a try and purchased the years worth program. They ask you a bunch of questions like what do you want to improve on? What are you trying to improve upon the most (answers were strength, health, improving libido etc) and what kind of exercises you struggle with the most. It puts together a easy to follow program that you can choose what you want to work on that day. For example, I’m trying to lose weight throughout my whole body so I choose by and it put together so many different exercises that a beginner, intermediate, or expert level. It keeps you on pace and definitely makes sure that you get a very solid workout in. By the end of an intermediate workout I was so tired and worn out I don’t think I’m gonna be able to move for the rest of the night. Defiantly worth the purchase.

1/5Not for me and no communication from you
I purchased this app in hopes of getting a week trial. I’ve been trying to adjust the equipment and thought I did but it’s having me use an incline bench and I don’t always have access to one. I also would like to set my own time to a workout. Some days has me going for 60 min when I only have 30. I don’t see where there’s nutritional help. The 5 sets bores me. I finally figured out how to adjust the sets so it’s not so slow. I notice I have a notification on the app but can’t find where it is to open it. I’ve tried clicking around to no avail. I think it might be a great app but it’s not user friendly for me. I’ve tried reaching out to get a refund within the week I purchased it, but was told to keep trying and get use to it. Live and learn.

1/5Terrible app and service- charges you with authorization
Do not get this app. First of all the workouts are not great, I couldn’t even complete one full workout because it was so bad. There is no explanation of the workout moves and the moves it has you do don’t even coordinate with the body part it says you are working. This company does not offer any refunds, I signed up when I downloaded it because it wouldn’t let me access any workouts without doing so, tried one workout, hated it and asked for a refund. They said they don’t do refunds but I could transfer what I paid to a different app. I did that, and they confirmed my subscription was canceled. Then, to my surprise I was charged AGAIN! Completely unauthorized. They charged me for another 6 month subscription for this app that I already cancelled and deleted. This company is a scam and is fraudulent by charging people. Do not use this app.
