"body": "I have downloaded this as I thought it would be easier than website. Not the case all works until you attempt to take photo of invoices it takes about 5-10 attempts before it submits. So on this basis I would rate it big thumbs down and half a star if I could. HTH need to come to party on a better app you have correct idea but it's not working.",

"body": "I found the document uploaded very easy to use. You basically take a pic in the app and it automatically attaches to the claim. To me the process to fill out and submit a claim was very easy. The app also allows you to check on the status of your claims. I did find it a bit easier to understand the claim process better online rather than the app. There seems to be other features as well but I have not used them.",
