1. 4/5Go to Zotlo to cancel your subscription!

   Since my 1 star review disappeared, I’ll try this another way. This app is a scam! Go to “Zotlo Account” website-just google that phrase” and log in with then email you signed up for this app with, then you’ll see the subscription that they’re auto charging you for, even if you canceled your account after paying the $0.50 to unlock a natal chart, or whatever service tricked you into divulging your card info. But Moyra will never actually respond as I’m pretty sure it’s just an A.I. controlled app with some scammers from Turkey grifting international folks out of their money. Good luck, and hopefully you can cancel this service before they start auto charging your account, fraudulently!

2. 2/5No way to cancel, they keep charging

   Update: I figured out how to cancel my subscription. When you sign up through the website itself NOT using your Apple or Google play store account, it somehow creates a “Zotlo” account which I’ve never heard of. If you scroll to the bottom of the Moyra website after logging in (on a computer, not sure about the mobile browser website), click “manage subscription”, click “Zotlo”, click “manage subscription” again under the Zotlo section, then login to that Zotlo account (don’t worry, you’ll be able to log in even though you don’t remember making a password), you can cancel your subscription from there. My rating is still low because I didn’t intend to get a free trial when I just wanted a natal chart, so Moyra should be more transparent about what they are doing right away as well as provide a much more accessible way to cancel your subscription. Original review: I have tried through multiple avenues to contact the owners of this app. I have tried through email using their support contact. I have also tried through their Instagram. I have contacted them multiple times without hearing back and still continue to be charged for something I keep asking them to cancel. There is no easy way to cancel. I genuinely think I’m going to have to cancel my debit card and get a new one which is extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend using this app at all.

3. 1/5SCAM - NO REFUNDS, NO SUPPORT

   Horrible app… at first, I enjoyed what I was reading so I signed up for the service through the website - I wasn’t aware of the app. Somehow my birthday was wrong and I wasn’t allowed to change it - so I signed up for another account… with the direct birthday. I signed up for the free trial and after a couple of days, I realized I didn’t care for the website and wasn’t using it. So I sent an email, requesting to cancel the service. No one ever responded. I sent more emails. No response. Looked online for what to do. Seems like downloading the app would help… so I downloaded the app. Same issue, nowhere to cancel or request a refund. I sent in a message through “contact us” and after like 5 days someone/Ai responded that I could manage my subscription “through this link” and provided NO LINK! I am so annoyed. I am being charged the full rate for 2 separate accounts for a service I never wanted and they refuse to help or refund me. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE OR APP ITS A SCAM.

   Yes, I want to cancel. Scroll all the way to the bottom of Moya page and see - this website is supported by Zotlo. Click the purple letters to get to Zotlo account scroll and at middle of their page you will see FAQ how to cancel my subscription click link to login account with the email you used to signup up. Zotlo will send you a email verification enter the number for site access. And you will see Profile, Subscriptions at left side. Click Subscriptions and you will see Moya sub listed and then you can cancel subscription. I figured it out thanks to another user’s feedback.

   This app is an absolute scam and straight up steals people’s money. I thought I was making a ONE TIME purchase for a natal chart, but apparently they sneak you into a subscription that charges almost $13 EVERY MONTH. The subscription itself is garbage too — completely inaccurate, repetitive, and nowhere near worth the money they take from people. What’s even worse is that I have tried EVERYTHING to cancel it. I emailed support multiple times, sent reports, deleted my account, deleted the app, removed payment methods, and even went to my bank to try to block the charges for MONTHS. Somehow this company STILL keeps charging my Apple Pay even though my account no longer even exists. That is beyond shady. The customer service is nonexistent. They NEVER respond, they ignore complaints, and they continue taking money anyway. At this point it honestly feels fraudulent. No company should be able to keep charging someone after their account has been deleted and after repeated attempts to cancel. Do NOT download this app. Do NOT give them your credit card information unless you want to fight to get your own money back. I’m leaving this review because apparently it’s the only possible way to get this company’s attention since they refuse to answer emails or help their customers.
