  1. 5/5Recent knee replacement

Got my knee replaced last Thursday after years of pain and some bad sports injuries. I’m young and want to be able to go on walks with my wife again. This app has made it easier to stay hopeful that I’ll be able to bounce back from this pain and stay honest to my meds.

  2. 5/5Super Helpful

This is so easy to use and keeps me in check with my recovery. The different graphs also helped me have better conversations with my surgeon since I could show up with actual data. Great app, recommend for anybody going through a joint surgery!

Smoother transitions throughout the app. Fixed animation choppiness when opening date pickers, time pickers, and the surgery switcher. General stability improvements.

  • 1.1.0

We've been busy. Here's what's changed in 1.1.0: The home screen has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and a clearer path to everything in the app. Check-in has been overhauled — no more swiping between steps, the date is front and center, and required fields will let you know if something's missing. The prescriptions page has been completely rebuilt, including a much better empty state. You can now set up MoveAgain before your surgery date and everything will be ready when you need it. We've updated language throughout the app to make sure the app always defers to your surgeon and physical therapist — not the other way around. New icon, the usual bug fixes, and a handful of small improvements under the hood.

Save things to bring up with your surgeon or PT so they don't get lost between appointments. - Quick check-in. Log just pain, safety, and medications in about 30 seconds on a tough day. Look for the link inside the home screen check-in card. - Refreshed in-app guidance with practical, evidence-based techniques across all phases for knee, hip, and shoulder.

  • 1.2.2

A short resilience check-in at setup helps the app pick recovery content that fits where you are right now. - Resilience check-in. Six quick questions during setup, used to surface coping-focused articles when they're most likely to help. There are no good or bad answers, and you can retake the check-in any time from Settings. - New resilience-focused articles across all phases for knee, hip, and shoulder. - Bug fixes and small improvements.

This update makes tracking easier and fixes issues you told us about. • Log medications as you take them. New "Log a medication" button on your home screen: tap a med the moment you take it and your evening check-in fills itself in. • Physical therapy tracking, fixed and upgraded. Your exercise selections now save properly, custom and built-in exercises work together, and you can long-press a checked exercise to record reps. See your PT streaks and per-exercise records in Progress. • Missed a milestone check-up? You can now take it late from Progress › Scores. • Daily reminders are now opt-in. They start off for everyone: turn them on anytime in Settings › Notifications. • Better surgeon reports: PT adherence, sleep, mood screening, and reported symptoms are now included in Share Progress. • Bug fixes throughout the app
