5/5Awesome loan planner app!
By far this is the best that I've tried. I like their UI, very smooth, it doesn't crash. You have a credit capacity, loan simulator and an option to save a loan. When executing a loan simulation (which I always used) the handy chart is really neatly done. Not to mention their amortization table is also organized very well! At least they thought of not cramping the monthly all together with the yearly, instead they show the Table - Years first, then click the selected year and it shows you the monthly payments. Did I mention you could email this as well and select from three file types - I use PDF mostly. DC Labs has done a great job! Thank you so much for this app!

Well done. If allowed, I would've added another half-star, however, It would be nice to see additional field data besides: Amount, Term, and Rate. Great job on the amortization table though, and thanks for supporting saved file attachments in multiple formats. Please fix a few bugs - for example, better functionality inside form fields; editing, deleting, and also a few issues with interface gestures. (recognizing touchpoints) Overall - relatively expensive, but provides a solid foundation to build for the future. Let's hope the Dev adds more fields/formulas...

5/5Makes the difference
I have tested almost all loan simulators and this one offers something more than just the amortization table in the app. I was able to receive amortization sheets by email in PDF or HTML. This is really useful and unique, I recommend it!

This is a nice app. It isn't for people who do lots of loan calculations, but for the average person, this should meet most of the needs. My only suggestion is in the Loan Sim section, make all 4 parts (amt, yrs, %, mnthly pmt) all entry fields. Then just require 3 or the 4 to be entered for the calculation. Some poeple want to enter a monthly payment and see how much that equates to in principal. All in all a well done app.

5/5I love it - it's on my homepage
I use the app several times a week, sometimes several times a day. I love it. Being able to export the results to a PDF that I can pass on to my clients is invaluable. The amortization table is great. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of drudgery this has saved me from. Thanks, developer! Improvements? I'd love to brand my PDFs with any logo. Maybe the next version?
