1. 4/5Good insights into your vending machines

   This app gives eyes to running a vending business, where before you didn’t know what to bring or what was sold this app gives you “eyes’” into the machine. Know what sold, what vends didn’t drop and most importantly whether someone was charged or not. It is helped me when a customer has called saying the machine took their money and they didn’t receive the product. I was able to look and see that they weren’t charged and assure them that they would not be charged. And encourage them to go vend the same product again. This also helps with filling the machine as you can see how many of each item is needed. My favorite feature is the dashboard were you can see how much money you’ve made on each machine on a daily basis! So satisfying!

2. 5/5Great inventory App for beginners

   Moma is very easy to use. Once you put your inventory data into the app, It will track your stock levels. It has many alerts you can set up based on your business needs. You can get vendout alerts on your products , alerts when a specific product is bought, and alerts to different types of malfunctions. You can compare your daily sales, weekly, monthly and yearly numbers through this app. It allows you to view sll your machines in one place. This app is great for beginners because of its simplicity, but also can be used to get more technical reports for the more experienced users. Im really loving this app.

3. 3/5Last Update No Good

   The last update seems to have caused an issue with trying to fill products in the app. It will allow you to select and item, and fill the selection but not save the changes. The app also will occasionally go from the selection you are on back to the top of the product selection. This now takes several attempts to fill a machine via the app, as selections do not save or the app forces you to start over.

4. 3/5So many bugs.

   The simplest thing this app could do right is show you the correct amounts for your sales. MoMa fails with this. Even when I refresh or close the app and reopen, the amounts are often outdated in the totals. I’ll look at the total and it’ll say $5, then I’ll click on the machine to look at the details and the summary page for that machine says $7, and on the sales listing you can see it adds to $7. Even when you refresh, often the totals will show the previous amount. Sometimes it’ll even go back and forth from updated to not updated for me. What a joke. It’s like they are teasing you with this app. It could be such a great tool and instead they can’t get the most basic thing right. And mind you I have the most updated version as we speak. Ridiculous

5. 3/5Needs improvement

   Overall it is okay, however there are many issues that need addressing. The main feature request that I have is to add a way to hold each row to select and to be able to set as full, instead of going to each product and mark as full when you only want to fill some items. The dashboard takes forever to load, please update the DB that you use and update it more frequently on the background. Sometimes the numbers that it shows does not match with what is in the machine
