The contact list will have a red notifications number on the Home Screen, but when you click on the contacts tab it no longer shows who the notifications are for. It used to have the contacts with notifications at the top of the list with a red number next to their name. Now there is no way to know when a client has a new favorite as it’s not even sending notifications to my phone. Prior the app was great and now it’s making communication and follow up difficult.

4/5One of my favorite apps!!
I am one of the biggest advocates of this app. I host a caravan in my area and always recommend the app to other agents. It’s super convenient! The reason for the four stars is because I want them to add the ability to edit open houses and I also want to complain that even though you have to sign into your MLS on this app, it’s treated like a third-party app and the photos are removed from off market properties, like on Zillow. I use this app when I’m out to look for comps so it’s very inconvenient that the sold homes photos are gone.

4/5LOVE but here are a few suggestions…
I love this app and I use it constantly but I have a few suggestions… 1) We have two separate MLS’s in our physical area and I’m able to log out of the one and log into the other. It would be easier if I had the ability to maintain both of those profiles in the app and switch easily between them. Things especially useful when the agents from the other MLS do not belong to my MLS and don’t list in the proper geographical area. It’s a thing and it is annoying! 2) Another thing I would like to see is I don’t have a Facebook business page anymore because I got locked out of Facebook and lost control of it. Out of sheer stubbornness and a general protest I am not setting up Facebook business page again/ever and therefore I can’t use the feature where I can easily post properties to Facebook from this app. I have a workaround, but it is cumbersome and stupid, and it should be addressed. 3) In reference to Matrix Saved Searches, give us the ability to get to the MLS to update that saved search like you do for the “edit” function on my listing so I can update it on the fly and share it with a prospective customer if I need to. I use a specific saved search when I am at open houses to share stylized searches to people who come to my open house.

2/5Not great
This app has gone downhill after the latest update. The filter feature is completely broken — none of the criteria I select are saved, which makes searching almost impossible. I also really miss being able to see the acreage displayed right under the photo like before. On top of that, I can’t view the old MLS input on listings that are no longer active, which is extremely frustrating. This update removed a lot of helpful features and made the app harder to use overall. Please bring back the previous functionality.

5/5The updates aren’t great
I LOVE and use this app ALL DAY LONG. But…the new updates are not great. It’s not as good as it used to be. If you need someone to help figure out what needs to be fixed, I’d be happy to give my two cents. It’s like you made the updates but no one really checked to see if everything works. I’m super bummed bc this is my got to app. I just sent an email to support to contact me. We/I NEED this app. 😊😊

          "body": "The contact list will have a red notifications number on the Home Screen, but when you click on the contacts tab it no longer shows who the notifications are for. It used to have the contacts with notifications at the top of the list with a red number next to their name. Now there is no way to know when a client has a new favorite as it’s not even sending notifications to my phone. Prior the app was great and now it’s making communication and follow up difficult.",

          "title": "One of my favorite apps!!",
          "body": "I am one of the biggest advocates of this app. I host a caravan in my area and always recommend the app to other agents. It’s super convenient! The reason for the four stars is because I want them to add the ability to edit open houses and I also want to complain that even though you have to sign into your MLS on this app, it’s treated like a third-party app and the photos are removed from off market properties, like on Zillow. I use this app when I’m out to look for comps so it’s very inconvenient that the sold homes photos are gone.",

          "title": "LOVE but here are a few suggestions…",
          "body": "I love this app and I use it constantly but I have a few suggestions… 1) We have two separate MLS’s in our physical area and I’m able to log out of the one and log into the other. It would be easier if I had the ability to maintain both of those profiles in the app and switch easily between them. Things especially useful when the agents from the other MLS do not belong to my MLS and don’t list in the proper geographical area. It’s a thing and it is annoying! 2) Another thing I would like to see is I don’t have a Facebook business page anymore because I got locked out of Facebook and lost control of it. Out of sheer stubbornness and a general protest I am not setting up Facebook business page again/ever and therefore I can’t use the feature where I can easily post properties to Facebook from this app. I have a workaround, but it is cumbersome and stupid, and it should be addressed. 3) In reference to Matrix Saved Searches, give us the ability to get to the MLS to update that saved search like you do for the “edit” function on my listing so I can update it on the fly and share it with a prospective customer if I need to. I use a specific saved search when I am at open houses to share stylized searches to people who come to my open house.",

          "body": "This app has gone downhill after the latest update. The filter feature is completely broken — none of the criteria I select are saved, which makes searching almost impossible. I also really miss being able to see the acreage displayed right under the photo like before. On top of that, I can’t view the old MLS input on listings that are no longer active, which is extremely frustrating. This update removed a lot of helpful features and made the app harder to use overall. Please bring back the previous functionality.",

          "body": "I LOVE and use this app ALL DAY LONG. But…the new updates are not great. It’s not as good as it used to be. If you need someone to help figure out what needs to be fixed, I’d be happy to give my two cents. It’s like you made the updates but no one really checked to see if everything works. I’m super bummed bc this is my got to app. I just sent an email to support to contact me. We/I NEED this app. 😊😊",
