   Love how easy the process was to upload photos directly from my phone. I’ve been an avid Mixbooker for several years with over 10 photo books created, and am so happy with this app because uploading photos is now even faster than before! It’s made it that much easier for me to sort through photos from my phone based on when they were taken. Mixbook is my go-to gift for loved ones for holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. The quality is amazing and never seems to disappoint. I just finished a Father’s Day book and plan to create another book soon for my upcoming trip! Now with the app, I’m looking forward to uploading and creating on the go to document my travels. The lay flat photo books are my favorite because of how thick the pages are and how exceptional the photos print. Mixbook seems to consistently launch new designs which is great because I can add even more stickers and layouts to my projects. The customization options are endless and really allow me to let my creative juices flow! Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to create a photo book and finally do something with all those photos on your phone. I could not be happier!

2. 5/5AMAZING Customer Service

   I ordered a book that I wanted to use as a guest book for my daughter’s first birthday. When I placed the order, I saw that even with paying for the fastest shipping, it was going to be a day late. I chatted customer service just to see if there was any way it could be delivered on time. I ended up having something come up and didn’t chat them back. They followed up with an email and said that they would do what they could to get the book delivered in time. The book came in two days before her party which is three days before it was expected to be delivered. I’m so relieved and so happy with my experience! This is the seventh book I’ve ordered through Mixbook and seventh that I have been more than satisfied with! Shoutout to Cassandra for being an awesome customer service rep!

3. 1/5Seriously would not recommend

   I had really high hopes and expectations for this company, considering that they claim to be #1. I don’t mean to be picky, but last time I checked, number 1 means good quality. That was not the result I saw with this company. The one good thing they did was reprint my order many times—because there were SO many errors. Terrible binding, ink splotches on photos, saturation changes without my request and/or knowledge, etc. If there’s an issue you could imagine with a photo book, I can almost guarantee I had it. And no, it wasn’t me, for example: I used the app to design the book, the text got cut off. I had it reprinted, there were ink splotches. I had it reprinted, the photos were way darker. I had it reprinted again and text was cut off. I saw glue in the binding because it was so poor. I know there is a person out there, maybe creative like me, who really wants to make a keepsake that will be worth anything out into it—please don’t use this company to do so. It’s hard to find other companies with as many reviews or claimed credentials, I get it, that’s true. But good quality shouldn’t come down to luck with a company, it should come down to basic standard control. This is not a professional company, this is one that either has too many products to keep track of, or for lack of a better way to phrase it, has stopped caring about quality control. Make your own pdf, and try to find another company. I don’t think they’ll really miss your book in the non-proof read machines anyway. I don’t want to come off like a typical “1 star” customer, I want to show my experience for someone who wants honesty and care for their time and efforts. Don’t use this company, I hope this review helps. Thanks for reading.

4. 5/5Beautiful memory book for my Dad!

   This was my first time creating a book of photos. It was a memorial for my Dad who died earlier this year. The online app was so simple to use and uploading photos was easy and fast. I just received the books today, one day earlier than promised, and they are gorgeous! I loved the results so much that I just placed an order for some cards to use at his memorial. This time I used the mobile app and that was also very easy to use. Mixbook will be my go to for this kind of product. I actually tried a few other company websites before I found Mixbook. The programs/apps on those other well known companies had issues so I gave up on them. I’m so glad I kept looking and found Mixbook. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience! Thank you Mixbook team!!!

5. 5/5My first book

   I am used to older processing apps, and this one was not the easiest to change around on my own. However, the many team members who came to my assistance numerous times throughout my quest to get this book right gave it a five star rating! They were all spot on! Thank you, Everyone!! I also loved that when completed (I thought) they told me to go and check again and at that time, I added the finishing touches of backgrounds and stickers. It was a mite pricey for someone on limited income, but it will be a wonderful gift for my sister who sadly lost a daughter. Mainly because of your chat team, I will be back. I’ve previously used another company for my annual photo book.
