"body": "No doubt, the content from MIT is terrific. I’ve subscribed for years. But, the content is so difficult to reach. The app can’t keep me logged in. And reading in a browser constantly requires logging in and it’s common to loose the article I was logging in for and need to start all over. I’ve complained multiple times to the staff directly. They never have a solution that lasts. If I wasn’t addicted to the content I would happily drop this annoying process. Wouldn’t you expect that the smart people at MIT would be able to make the subscription and logging in process work? The New York Times can do it, so can many others.",
