Misfits Market is by far the best app I have ever downloaded on my phone. I can order fresh groceries right from my phone. And when I say fresh I mean they have brands that are making the freshest food without GMOs and the food is USDA ORGANIC. I would 100% reccomend (how do you spell reccomend lol) this app! I reccomend this app. It takes the stress out of going to the grocery store and checking off lists and walking through isles and isles of mostly processed food which can be very tempting. This app has a shopping window and I can keep shopping until about 2 or 2.5 days before it gets delivered. Basically just enough time for my order to process and ship. And then it gets shipped right away. I have noticed that the delivery time is pretty consistent as well. It’s not like early morning one week late evening another. It’s mostly the same time which is great when you are expecting deliveries. Plus they give you a heads up that the grocery is about to be delivered. They pack cool-packs in the delivery box without charging extra so the food comes cold and stays fresh! I absolutely love this app. I noticed that it has a section where it tells you how many gallons of water you didn’t waste and how much less c02 there is because of your impact. Yay. I love it. Thank you Misfits Market.

5/5Good for my wallet and my conscience
Variety and savings are my top favorite things about this service. I like that I can find organic and special dietary options without going over my budget too much. There really is so much better variety here than my local mega chain grocery store. Sometimes it’s hard for me to find time to drive out to the closest farm stand. This helps me supplement my fridge and pantry without spending as much money on other grocery delivery services that are not as good. I especially like that I can almost always find something brand new!! For instance, I had not tried all the different types of mushrooms and they aren’t really available at our local grocer. This subscription has been a nice way to broaden my palate and experience new foods and flavors. It’s also easy to change it up, skip a week, or even cancel without feelings unnecessarily hassled and hounded by gotchas and spam emails. I really appreciate what this service is attempting in reducing food waste and I appreciate the ease, variety, and discounts too.

Update Update: The developer responded very kindly to my issue and asked for further clarification. They seem to be owning up to their app's issues. I will get in touch with them and see how they handle it and will update this review accordingly once again. I'm not sure how to get in touch with those who left this comment, though... Update: I updated this review to two stars because the live chat agent canceled the order that was placed for me (after i had canceled my account - see below) and began a refund. as far as actually deleting my account and removing my payment information, there seems to be no way to do that besides live chat agent and then still it takes up to 10 days. purely because this company makes it so difficult to delete your payment or personal information, i still believe it's a scam disguised as a real company. i advise all to stay away. the app and website both won't work properly or load properly. Suspiciously, only "cancel account" button didn't work on the app or website on my phone. after multiple logouts and logins on my computer, i did get it to say it canceled, finally. but it's actually a lie - it still said "active", it still had my payment info with no way to remove it, and despite emailing the staff with explicit instructions to delete everything and cancel my account, i woke up this morning with a charge to my card and confirmation for an order that i never placed and didn't want. this is outright fraud. don't be fooled by their initial coupon offers - it's goal is to trap you and steal your money. avoid at all costs!! apple - remove this app!!!

There are WAYYYYYYY too many people leaving bad reviews for ridiculous reasons. Misfits Market is incredible. Periodt. Firstly, to all the people who are unjustifiably angry because their boxes are curated for them and are receiving items they don’t want….THEN DONT OPT-IN TO HAVING YOUR BOXES PRESELECTED FOR YOU. It really is that simple and is absolutely absurd that you’d consider accusing Misfits Market of scamming their customers because of your failure to READ. They literally give you the option to shop on your own or provide you with a curated box each week. Not to mention, even if you do opt-in to receive curated boxes, you can still go into your cart each week before it ships and remove/add anything you want. Secondly, their customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. It has always been more than positive. Give them a break on getting their app up and running, things will never work flawlessly in the beginning for any newly developed app. And if you’re that bothered use the mobile website. Seriously though, I love the selection of foods. I love the prices. It means so much to me that I have access to foods that are otherwise inaccessible in the rural community I live in. I also throughly enjoy the rotation of items. So many new things to enjoy and I’m never disappointed. Thank you so much Misfits Market for the impeccable service you provide. Anyone else who thinks otherwise can kick rocks.

5/5Busy week? One less thing to do! I LOVE MISFITS
I am extremely busy and hate going out to the store, with misfits it’s so much easier. During a break at work I just sit down and order whatever I need for the week and then forget about it! Within the next days it Ari es at my door. I find myself getting excited to open up my box! Like Christmas! If I was to say anything critical I wish they would partner with more cleaning suppliers! I’m sure there are some amazing brands out there and there is no options for storage of food or cleaning products. (Which I know isn’t apart of there brand but it would add to the convenience). Also if your the type of person you really likes your “name brand”foods, this app is all about trying new things that make you feel healthy and good! So it might take some stepping out of your comfort zone and trying some new brands but it’s well worth it! Thank you misfits!!! Love ya!!

          "body": "Misfits Market is by far the best app I have ever downloaded on my phone. I can order fresh groceries right from my phone. And when I say fresh I mean they have brands that are making the freshest food without GMOs and the food is USDA ORGANIC. I would 100% reccomend (how do you spell reccomend lol) this app! I reccomend this app. It takes the stress out of going to the grocery store and checking off lists and walking through isles and isles of mostly processed food which can be very tempting. This app has a shopping window and I can keep shopping until about 2 or 2.5 days before it gets delivered. Basically just enough time for my order to process and ship. And then it gets shipped right away. I have noticed that the delivery time is pretty consistent as well. It’s not like early morning one week late evening another. It’s mostly the same time which is great when you are expecting deliveries. Plus they give you a heads up that the grocery is about to be delivered. They pack cool-packs in the delivery box without charging extra so the food comes cold and stays fresh! I absolutely love this app. I noticed that it has a section where it tells you how many gallons of water you didn’t waste and how much less c02 there is because of your impact. Yay. I love it.           "body": "Variety and savings are my top favorite things about this service. I like that I can find organic and special dietary options without going over my budget too much. There really is so much better variety here than my local mega chain grocery store. Sometimes it’s hard for me to find time to drive out to the closest farm stand. This helps me supplement my fridge and pantry without spending as much money on other grocery delivery services that are not as good. I especially like that I can almost always find something brand new!! For instance, I had not tried all the different types of mushrooms and they aren’t really available at our local grocer. This subscription has been a nice way to broaden my palate and experience new foods and flavors. It’s also easy to change it up, skip a week, or even cancel without feelings unnecessarily hassled and hounded by gotchas and spam emails. I really appreciate what this service is attempting in reducing food waste and I appreciate the ease, variety, and discounts too.",

          "body": "Update Update: The developer responded very kindly to my issue and asked for further clarification. They seem to be owning up to their app's issues. I will get in touch with them and see how they handle it and will update this review accordingly once again. I'm not sure how to get in touch with those who left this comment, though... Update: I updated this review to two stars because the live chat agent canceled the order that was placed for me (after i had canceled my account - see below) and began a refund. as far as actually deleting my account and removing my payment information, there seems to be no way to do that besides live chat agent and then still it takes up to 10 days. purely because this company makes it so difficult to delete your payment or personal information, i still believe it's a scam disguised as a real company. i advise all to stay away. the app and website both won't work properly or load properly. Suspiciously, only \"cancel account\" button didn't work on the app or website on my phone. after multiple logouts and logins on my computer, i did get it to say it canceled, finally. but it's actually a lie - it still said \"active\", it still had my payment info with no way to remove it, and despite emailing the staff with explicit instructions to delete everything and cancel my account, i woke up this morning with a charge to my card and confirmation for an order that i never placed and didn't want. this is outright fraud. don't be fooled by their initial coupon offers - it's goal is to trap you and steal your money. avoid at all costs!! apple - remove this app!!!",

          "body": "There are WAYYYYYYY too many people leaving bad reviews for ridiculous reasons. Misfits Market is incredible. Periodt. Firstly, to all the people who are unjustifiably angry because their boxes are curated for them and are receiving items they don’t want….THEN DONT OPT-IN TO HAVING YOUR BOXES PRESELECTED FOR YOU. It really is that simple and is absolutely absurd that you’d consider accusing Misfits Market of scamming their customers because of your failure to READ. They literally give you the option to shop on your own or provide you with a curated box each week. Not to mention, even if you do opt-in to receive curated boxes, you can still go into your cart each week before it ships and remove/add anything you want. Secondly, their customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. It has always been more than positive. Give them a break on getting their app up and running, things will never work flawlessly in the beginning for any newly developed app. And if you’re that bothered use the mobile website. Seriously though, I love the selection of foods. I love the prices. It means so much to me that I have access to foods that are otherwise inaccessible in the rural community I live in. I also throughly enjoy the rotation of items. So many new things to enjoy and I’m never disappointed. Thank you so much Misfits Market for the impeccable service you provide.           "body": "I am extremely busy and hate going out to the store, with misfits it’s so much easier. During a break at work I just sit down and order whatever I need for the week and then forget about it! Within the next days it Ari es at my door. I find myself getting excited to open up my box! Like Christmas! If I was to say anything critical I wish they would partner with more cleaning suppliers! I’m sure there are some amazing brands out there and there is no options for storage of food or cleaning products. (Which I know isn’t apart of there brand but it would add to the convenience). Also if your the type of person you really likes your “name brand”foods, this app is all about trying new things that make you feel healthy and good! So it might take some stepping out of your comfort zone and trying some new brands but it’s well worth it! Thank you misfits!!! Love ya!!",
