1. 5/5🤩 Streamlined & Simplified. Believe that! 🤩

   So nice to get a completely streamlined and simplified team app. Everything else I’ve ever had is a dizzying maze of features I don’t care about and won’t use that kick me out to an external login page whenever I tap on them. This, though, feels different. Definitely better. It feels like the actual Wolves app instead of just a skinned version of every other team app I have. They cut a ton of useless stuff so it’s everything I want and nothing I don’t. First new (better) owners, now a new (better) app. Believe that!!

2. 1/5No longer works reliably

   The Timberwolves app used to work brilliantly. But it’s been getting less and less reliable the past couple months. Constantly logs me out, even when standing in line, I will make sure I am logged in, get to scan my tickets and will be logged out. Now, when trying to manage and list tickets it just repeatedly times out making the feature not even work. Which is a shame as something came up and I can’t attend the game tonight but can neither sell or transfer the tickets to someone else so just a waste. Concerns me that this is becoming the norm after renewing my season tickets for next year as the app is pretty crucial not only to get in but also for paying for food and beverages, selling and transferring tickets, using discounts at the team store, etc. very unfortunate.

3. 5/5This is awesome

   At first, I was kind of skeptical, because I didn’t know how to use it, but now is it extremely helpful to watch basketball games especially the Timberwolves. if you’re a fan of the Timberwolves 1000% consider it for your phone. You can do wallpapers check up on the players and stats and watch games. I don’t have to get Bally Sports to watch it but I definitely think it was worth it. Minnesota Timberwolves!

4. 1/5Seriously?

   This app is a nightmare. There is no layout or direction as to where you are and what you are ordering. The idea behind this okay, but even as a 26 year old tech savvy person this is not even convenient anymore. It can be nice for busy games. But to have this as the ONLY option for ordering food is a joke. If my parents wanted to come to a game and had to use this they would never even figure out how to use it and end up spending zero dollars and likely never returning to a game. You are eliminating and entire market by doing this. The app is messy and needs a lot of work. Good luck but I hope you’re okay with losing out on concession sales until you figure your app navigation out. Make this an option and not mandatory and you might be alright.

   We are irritated by Peterson’s know it all comments as well as his muddy voice and private jokes those two share. It is so nice to hear other pro commentaters and play by play to help us as viewers to understand plays or background on players. Jim has gotten back to previous years when he talks too much and critisizes our players. Go coach somewhere else.
