5/5Tracking minor league stadiums visited
I am a huge baseball fan. It does not matter what level. My favorite team is the Milwaukee Brewers. But I’ve been to every one of their minor-league teams as well. I am also a host family for the Madison Mallards, which is a summer collegiately. My goal before I die is to visit every major league stadium. I love that I can track all of my baseball game visits when I use the Ballpark app. It would be very nice if minor-league baseball would include a similar function in the minor baseball league app where you could track every stadium that you have been to in the minor league systemby checking in just like you can on the Ballpark app

2/5App keeps showing notifications for teams I no longer follow
The app will not stop showing notifications and scores for a team I stopped following last season. I checked to be sure it definitely wasn’t on my list of teams, and it isn’t. This has been a problem for almost a full year now. It’s very annoying. When I search for help with the issue the solution is to remove the team from favorites. Great advice. Too bad it doesn’t work. Plus, the team I do follow - with their name clearing showing at the top of my screen - shows they lost their game today. They scored three runs and their opponents only scored one. This is a loss, how? Please fix the bugs!

4/5It’s a great app but there is a game day audio problem
I wrote a review back in 2023 pointing out a laundry list of problems with this app. Since then, a majority of them have been fixed so I have upgraded my review from one star to four stars. A knew, rather important, problem that has started to occur this season is that when I click the audio/listen button from the scores page to bring up the list of teams and go to listen live, Most of the teams don’t play anymore. When you tap the play button it just has an error that this is no longer supported on my app or system version. I’m on iOS 18.3.1 on iPhone and the latest version of the MILB app. I love listening to minor-league games because I can leave the game on when I lock my phone screen and it keeps playing so it doesn’t take up so much battery. Could you please fix this?

1/5I love the concept, but needs better execution
The MLB app is excellent, but the MILB app leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is you can’t see your favorite teams schedule by itself. Under “scores” you can see an entire league but not individual teams. I have to go to safari and go to the team’s website if I want to see this. Frustrating. The app is also really slow. I don’t know if it’s because of the sheer volume of teams, but I just want to check the score of my AAA team, and it takes forever. Doesn’t matter where I am or the cell service or WiFi, it’s always slow. Lastly, the overall graphic design is pretty poor. Ads everywhere, not intuitive or visually appealing. It feels like one of those clickbait sites that was assembled without much thought. I love AAA baseball but the app needs a big redevelopment

5/5UPDATE!! wonderful, til it stops working.
UPDATE! today, a really polite, calm MLB rep called me and led me through the process to fix my problem! of course the solution was the next thing I was going to try - totally delete app, reload. made me happy I’d have been able to fix the problem myself, BUT also that MLB was human enough to contact me and truly help. THANK YOU EMILIO/A @ MLB! PREVIOUSLY: I’ve enjoyed archived games for a long time… now suddenly, I’m told my “account isn’t entitled to view this content,” I’m told to “subscribe or update my account”. I don’t see anything wrong with my account. what’s up, guys?

there was a change to the app between last night's game and tonight's game. it's much harder and more clicks to get to the game day part of the app. it's so annoying. I can't get to it from the main screen of the app anymore. I have to go to scores, then find my game and then click GameDay.

logged me out right when I got to the gate and needed to show my ticket but it was still saying I was logged in. it would show my tickets but not the scan bar for the ticket checker and no way to sign back in. I had to go to the website to get my tickets anyway, the app is pointless

I am also a host family for the Madison Mallards, which is a summer collegiately. My goal before I die is to visit every major league stadium. I love that I can track all of my baseball game visits when I use the Ballpark app. It would be very nice if minor-league baseball would include a similar function in the minor baseball league app where you could track every stadium that you have been to in the minor league systemby checking in just like you can on the Ballpark app",

          "body": "The app will not stop showing notifications and scores for a team I stopped following last season. I checked to be sure it definitely wasn’t on my list of teams, and it isn’t. This has been a problem for almost a full year now. It’s very annoying. When I search for help with the issue the solution is to remove the team from favorites. Great advice. Too bad it doesn’t work. Plus, the team I do follow - with their name clearing showing at the top of my screen - shows they lost their game today. They scored three runs and their opponents only scored one. This is a loss, how? Please fix the bugs!",

          "body": "I wrote a review back in 2023 pointing out a laundry list of problems with this app. Since then, a majority of them have been fixed so I have upgraded my review from one star to four stars. A knew, rather important, problem that has started to occur this season is that when I click the audio/listen button from the scores page to bring up the list of teams and go to listen live, Most of the teams don’t play anymore. When you tap the play button it just has an error that this is no longer supported on my app or system version. I’m on iOS 18.3.1 on iPhone and the latest version of the MILB app. I love listening to minor-league games because I can leave the game on when I lock my phone screen and it keeps playing so it doesn’t take up so much battery. Could you please fix this?",

          "body": "The MLB app is excellent, but the MILB app leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is you can’t see your favorite teams schedule by itself. Under “scores” you can see an entire league but not individual teams. I have to go to safari and go to the team’s website if I want to see this. Frustrating. The app is also really slow. I don’t know if it’s because of the sheer volume of teams, but I just want to check the score of my AAA team, and it takes forever. Doesn’t matter where I am or the cell service or WiFi, it’s always slow. Lastly, the overall graphic design is pretty poor. Ads everywhere, not intuitive or visually appealing. It feels like one of those clickbait sites that was assembled without much thought. I love AAA baseball but the app needs a big redevelopment",
