Why the time interval is 30 minutes? Ask your product to do a basic competitive analysis and look over Google family link. They nail it with the time interval, I would have expected more from product managers at Microsoft, I guess I was wrong. Why you need logs? Look at the feature, the increments are in interval of 30 minutes only compare to other apps in the market like Google. On top of it the latency it's takes till the update reaches the pc is way to long compare to Google family link

Borderline useless. Basically Google family link but with bugs on top of bugs and the main use case - Xbox purchases for kids - doesn't work in the app (only on the website), and even then doesn't work at all more often than not. Buy gift cards on Amazon. Faster, more reliable, easier. I'm giving 2 stars because it does allow you to see kid's purchase history, which is something.

white screen of death. after installing app all i get is a white screen and online after making a change the screen goes white. I have tried uninstall and reinstall, checking for updates etc

only reason I have this app is to add money to my kids account. but this app does not like to function properly and keeps me in a loop of steps that never lets me do what I got to do. occasionally, it will work after the 4th or 5th attempt. is there an alternative method for me adding funds to his account?
