"title": "Audio streaming is awful",
"body": "Like some others have said, the audio streaming pauses every 10 to 20 seconds, even when I’m connected to my home, high speed Wi-Fi. I don’t live in Michigan anymore so I like to be able to listen to the games but it’s just not possible with this app. I literally have to download the app for our opposing team and listen to the games that way. I have not called support but what a shame that others have found that to be a pointless pursuit. Denying the issue doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue. Do better.",

"body": "App is barely usable. Every time you navigate away for even the shortest amount of time, it closes out the page and activity you were on and reverts to the main page, which makes it incredibly difficult and error prone to use any of the ticket management functions. It’s as if no one designing the app has ever used it or designed similar app functions. Terrible. An embarrassment to the university.",

"body": "If you love listening to games 5 seconds at a time with 20 second pauses in between, this app is for you! Every 5 minutes or so it’ll catch back up to real time and then start pausing again. Even better, when you ask for help, the great support people will confirm there is nothing wrong! What’s not to love! In seriousness, I liked it much better when I could pay $4 a year for some stability.",

"body": "This app constantly crashes and the color scheme is horrible. Not easy to navigate at first and ticket portal is nearly impossible to use. I see no reason anyone would recommend this app and I’m surprised they released it in this stage. Needs major improvement.",

"body": "Needs someone to look at the apps colors. Dark green on black backgrounds are not helpful. Audio is slow to load. Also needs ether integration with ticketing. Received errors. Needs someone with a passion for MSU behind it and these would all get fixed.",
