3/5Not getting notifications I am paying for
I have had no problems until a couple of weeks ago. I have asked for notifications to my phone for Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions activity but no other teams. I am now getting plenty of Detroit Tigers notifications that I don’t want and no notifications on the Wolverines. There is no address to notify those that run the app so I am at a loss to fix this problem and may be seeking a full refund next

1/5Subscribers left without access to subscriber content
I am a subscriber to the Detroit News digital media. I should have access to the ‘subscriber content’ articles on the XTRA app. I don’t. You are blocked with a blue box saying you have to subscribe, and the restore purchase button doesn’t work. Repeated attempts to fix this in August, 2021, met with indifference and incompetence! So here’s a paper, struggling to survive, and it can only offer new subscribers a flawed app and poor tech support. REALLY PATHETIC! Maybe Harbaugh is running tech support🤣.

5/5Great App for avid readers
I read as much as I can on Michigan. This app is great for putting it all in one place instead of swapping between apps and trying to remember which you’ve read across as titles can sometimes be similar. All content seems to work, and it marks previously read. Love it!

4/5Almost useless!
Your most recent update(?) practically ruined your app. When you open the app, all you get are the headlines but NO pictures. If you attempt to read one of the article, all you get is the headline, 4 gray boxes and NO text of the article.

1/5Non-functional with no app support
Appears they have great articles but I have been unable to access any of them for months. No response from Feedback yet - though have sent several replies. Also can find no app support of any kind. Every time I try to open an interesting article to view, all I have is the spinning circle, no matter whether I wait briefly or even return to it after an hour! My phone is not the problem as I have this with no other apps or websites.
