"body": "I bought a full version of this app, really enjoy it, but the problem is that the full version disappears all the time! Most of the time I can’t access the paid version, it says I am using the free version. When I press “already bought the upgrade?” The screen appears that all the purchases have been restored, but nothing happens. I’ve emailed the support couple weeks ago, but no response.",
