1. 1/5DO NOT USE THIS APP

   This app is useful...if it worked! Scheduled my TikToks...didn't post them. Tried scheduling w/ manual posts...didn't work. I might as well use my calendar on my phone because that the only part of this app that works. Connected my Instagram...little did I know Instagram terms and guidelines prohibits 3rd party apps so as soon as I did that Instagram will no longer allow me to post or schedule posts. I've disconnected my account from this app and it still won't let me post so now I'm waiting to hear back from Instagram Support. Thanks for trying to be helpful but honestly your app literally just made things even harder.

2. 2/5REPORTING OK - NEEDS WORK

   Look , the intentions are great. Overall needs to work, when I delete a post it doesn’t get updated in the calendar in Metricool, it remains there. When I post something outside of MetriCool , it doesn’t show in the calendar. The upload is just absurd. It literally took me 30 minutes to upload a video the other day. I just tried to upload a video, first it said 100% upload , then it went back to 82% , and stayed there forever. Intentions are good, we got work to do. I believe in the objetive, please get this resolved ASAP , I am a fan of MetriCool and need it’s true potential.

3. 5/5Great, very helpful, but I like desktop better

   Here is my honest review. The platform is a LIFESAVER when it comes to organizing content, scheduling things out, and I definitely believe it’s worth it. When it comes to the desktop version, it is much easier to see, and I wish they would copy the calander from the pc version to mobile. It’s so much easier to see and understand. Same thing with posting, the desktop version is killer, easy to understand, and the app could improve toward that direction. Integrating Snapchat spotlight would help as well, that is definitely missing. But I recommend it, huge time saver, and has made my life 10x easier. Hoping to see Snapchat in the future.

4. 2/5I wish I read the reviews first

   This app is not great. I got it because it was an affordable option and it comes off like it has so many features. Unfortunately those features don’t work or need a workaround. Inbox is a joke - it either doesn’t load or the messages are not new. I uploaded an entire post with caption, just for the app to tell me I have too many library posts and I need to delete one (which I lost all my work of the new post). Then when I try to delete a library post, it doesn’t delete. Customer service isn’t great. They want screenshots and videos for everything, even when you tell them exactly what’s going on. And even then, they only provide workarounds, not real solutions. I’m annoyed I paid for the year, but will probably still cancel my subscription and find and better social media planning app.

5. 1/5Rude customer service

   The app is ok, not that amazing. I paid for a year subscription and forgot it was on auto renewal. Then they charged for the next year and I emailed them right away explaining that I’m not using the service anymore and if they could issue a refund. All they did was to send me a cookie cutter answer saying that is in their policy that there’s no refund in that case. I asked to talk to a manager and no answer, then I followed saying I’m still waiting up and all they said was “Could you tell us what you would be waiting for?, as I mentioned before, no refund is due.” Super rude, super careless since the first reply.
