1. 2/5I wish I read the reviews first

   This app is not great. I got it because it was an affordable option and it comes off like it has so many features. Unfortunately those features don’t work or need a workaround. Inbox is a joke - it either doesn’t load or the messages are not new. I uploaded an entire post with caption, just for the app to tell me I have too many library posts and I need to delete one (which I lost all my work of the new post). Then when I try to delete a library post, it doesn’t delete. Customer service isn’t great. They want screenshots and videos for everything, even when you tell them exactly what’s going on. And even then, they only provide workarounds, not real solutions. I’m annoyed I paid for the year, but will probably still cancel my subscription and find and better social media planning app.

2. 5/5Great, very helpful, but I like desktop better

   Here is my honest review. The platform is a LIFESAVER when it comes to organizing content, scheduling things out, and I definitely believe it’s worth it. When it comes to the desktop version, it is much easier to see, and I wish they would copy the calander from the pc version to mobile. It’s so much easier to see and understand. Same thing with posting, the desktop version is killer, easy to understand, and the app could improve toward that direction. Integrating Snapchat spotlight would help as well, that is definitely missing. But I recommend it, huge time saver, and has made my life 10x easier. Hoping to see Snapchat in the future.

3. 2/5Needs to take a hard look in the mirror

   Too clunky, doesn’t capture data trends and insights correctly (or at all), and plans are way too expensive for a small single-person creator like me. Seems to be aiming for a high-level clientele without the UI or capability to back up the price. Decided to look for a new option for scheduling my posts once they lowered the monthly post limit to 20 across all accounts. Wish more thought was put into supporting smaller creators with a cheaper tier that gave less “brands” and more posts and insights. If you’re a smaller creator, go try Buffer or another scheduler instead that’s actually affordable for what it offers.

4. 5/5Meticool Has made my life easier

   I used to spend hours every week managing my social media accounts. I would carefully schedule each post, keeping an eye on the best times to publish. I would track statistics obsessively, making sure that each post was performing as well as it could. But then I discovered Meticool. With Meticool, I can easily schedule and publish my posts in one place. I can see all of my account's statistics in one handy dashboard. And best of all, I can manage my inboxes from within the same software. Meticool has truly changed the way I manage my clients and my own social media accounts - it's saved me hours every week, and made my life much easier. Thank you, Meticool!

5. 2/5REPORTING OK - NEEDS WORK

   Look , the intentions are great. Overall needs to work, when I delete a post it doesn’t get updated in the calendar in Metricool, it remains there. When I post something outside of MetriCool , it doesn’t show in the calendar. The upload is just absurd. It literally took me 30 minutes to upload a video the other day. I just tried to upload a video, first it said 100% upload , then it went back to 82% , and stayed there forever. Intentions are good, we got work to do. I believe in the objetive, please get this resolved ASAP , I am a fan of MetriCool and need it’s true potential.
