Ratings & reviews

  1. 4/5Good app, especially the articles under explorer

Love the articles, but navigating around the app can be slow and unresponsive. When linking with bank account, the app doesn’t automatically tells you it has been done. When changing a spending category to a different category, it doesn’t show up on the app. Example: change from health to education. Please fix that.

  2. 3/5Only partially replacing Mint budget

I know I shouldn’t expect it to be a full replacement but here are some features I wished I had; option to omit certain accounts from monthly budget view, split transactions to multiple categories (this is very critical since it is common to cover a full cost of something- meals, groceries, concerts- but get reimbursed separately), hide select transactions from budget (similar reasons for splitting), and have subcategories budget line items like groceries vs restaurants instead of just Food & Dinning (I know I can manually filter but not a good holistic view from the main budget screen). Additionally the app back button drives me crazy, I think because the main bottom navigation disappeared on me, i couldn’t just go “home” and got stuck in a loop. Will keep using the app for now but so far not meeting my expectations.

  3. 5/5Simple, helpful, impactful

The app is really easy to understand and provides me the ability to track my spending. I did not know I was spending so much on dinning out/ takeout. That was a real aha moment for me. I could also take action on this by taking the dinning out challenge. I really like daily spending comparison to last months - makes me want to log in every other day to see how I am doing.

  4. 2/5Great Idea, Performance Lacking

I really love this idea of this app and the features it has. However performance is really lacking. It does not update or catch up to the most accurate information I have in my other banking accounts. It also took away my budgeting plan- which I inputted, stayed for a couple days, but then it suddenly disappeared and I had to start all over again. Please work on the performance b/c i am really looking forward to using this app when it can be more accurate and not behind on data.

  5. 5/5Easy and engaging

Love this app! Easy to use and understand. It helps to explain financial concepts in a straight forward way. The challenges are interesting as well!

Seems promising, except for the fact that it is constantly freezing and popping up error messages. Can't actually get anything done.

can't connect accounts, and when it has me log into my bank for approval, it forces me to download an alternative app that I used before and it was absolutely horrible. what a mess
