Not sure how you can really review something that when you enter the correct account info it won’t load. Works fine on desktop but unable to access from iPhone which is where you work most from these days.

1/5Box of rocks in sheep’s clothes
This app (the web app and this one) needs an extreme overhaul. It is a perfect example of an integration nightmare, I have been using this app for the past year and I have regretted every time I had to open it. I have fully recommended just foregoing the app and bringing along a hotspot with a laptop because you’re gonna need it to make work orders and anything that requires more than two dialogue boxes to interact with. I would love for this app to be streamlined, but right now it is a huge pain point of inefficiency for the individuals who use it. To give one overarching example, one of the major issues with the app that there is no caching. Every single interaction is processed on the website so if you have a poor connection, the app scales exponentially in how long it takes to do simple tasks. Good luck in the field.

1/5Method deleted my data
I am a CPA and QuickBooks ProAdvisor and until very recently I was an Advanced Method Consultant - that is until Method deleted our company’s data...not once but twice - forcing us to rebuild our data. After that I could not in good conscience recommend Method to any of our clients. Method’s CEO, tried to buy my silence by asking me to sign a non disclosure agreement in exchange for a cash payment, which I refused. People need to know that their data is not safe with this company and that our situation is not an isolated incident. And to be clear, this was not due to non-payment. Also my data was irretrievably deleted.

**BUYER BEWARE - Sold on “easy customization,” got the opposite. The process is unnecessarily complex, costly, and nothing like what was promised. I asked for a refund before any work began and my rep, Mikaela, stopped responding. After multiple attempts I had to email a general inbox just to get reassigned to Urja. Then their team lead, Nelson De Miranda, got involved and offered no solution beyond quoting policy. Method refused to refund a deposit for customization work never executed. Be careful—what they sell and what you get are very different.
