I'm a Prof. Land Surveyor and was looking for a way to quickly check legal descriptions for closure without needing my computer. This works great! Only thing I wish it did was export to a cad format like DXF.

3/5Need better GUI and more tools as its desktop version
This is a very basic and plain version of the desktop application so hopefully the GUI for data input and tools will be migrated as it is, it is very slow to input data manually and there are practically no COGO and drawing tools Since the developer has a very good desktop version I am sure it wont be long to make these improvements

4/5Very good app for the money
I bought this to check a surveyor's area calculation as it did not seem right. It was off a couple of tenths - in my favor so I think the app is great. I used to use an program on a PC, but this is much easier to use. A great value and I would give it a five if the email contained the text info and plat together. Currently you have to send 2 separate emails.

4/5Metes and bounds
For the price, it's great. They have several updates that make it better. My coworkers in the courthouse keep borrowing my my iPhone and iPad to do their plotting. The new feature that you can email all the info to your computer and print it out is nice but for some reason, the plat does not always print. Maybe a bug in my email. Definitely worth getting.
