"body": "This is strictly a corporate productivity tool, it is not designed to improve your mental wellbeing. There is no technical issues with this app. But using this tool makes me feel empty every time. It doesn’t effectively address difficult emotions, it offers collection of tools to sidestep difficult emotions. It is more a tool for companies to manage employees who face difficulties that might make them less productive and is not for improving the employee’s mental wellbeing. If you need real emotional support, use something else.",

"body": "I happened to fall into this program by chance. An email sent to my inbox offered it and unlike most of my co-workers I gave it a try. I have been searching for ANYTHING to help myself feel grounded again after COVID-19 transitions. This app and the whole program is a God send! I have been using this daily and I can feel myself changing my thoughts from doomsday to peaceful and positive. I really appreciate my employer for providing this extra bonus to me and my co-workers and have been spreading the word to everyone in the office. It’s a must have! Thank you for this thoughtful program! As for the app, it runs smoothly and is fantastic way to take the program away from the office and into to your home to further enhance your thoughts and actions.",

"body": "Offered and suggested as a service at work. Since I can be sometimes moody and have focus issues I thought I’d give it a shot. Most of the articles are standard fare that you can Google on the Internet. I thought their mood tracking might be useful - but they don’t really give any deep insights. To top it off, when you catch a notification on your phone that piques your interest you’re likely not to be able to access it since the app will either not log you in quick enough, or it will insist you need to update the app - either of which will make you lose that particular article/notice.",

"body": "I signed up through my company and I can access the service through our web portal. When I try to use the application I keep getting an invalid credentials message. Contacted their support team and was asked a bunch of useless questions then told I would be referred to the technical team. That was two weeks ago. **update The fix came in the last update and now I can access the app. Works like it was intended to. Great content, helps me stay aware of my mood throughout the day.",

Then they decided replace the notification with some type of nonsense that I ultimately disabled it. The content in the app is very useful & informative. But the daily affirmation was definitely my favorite feature. Please bring it back!",
