The May 21, 2026 update is constantly available. I downloaded it, and it was there again the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that. Can someone create a fix for this? It’s been weeks of this foolishness. Everything else with regard to the app is great.

1/5Error: NSON could not be serialized because of an error
I love menchies, and go often with the kids that i babysit. i have my phone number linked and have earned a lot of points, but i am unable to create an account on the app because of an error message that pops up. ERROR: JSON could not be serialized because of an error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. This is incredibly disappointing and feels like a scam. Please update the software or something so people can actually make new accounts…

5/5The revamped app is so amazing
I was getting an error message before which annoyed me so much because it felt like a scam since i go so often, but the update made it so simple to log in and receive the points.

1/5Worst app update of all time
The previous version of the app wasn’t the best but I long for those days. The update is terrible, nothing is intuitive, errors galore, it’s like it was designed by someone from windows who had to throw in 8 extra steps for no freaking reason to try and do anything. Dear Menchie’s, I have great appreciation for your froyo and your employees, except whoever came up with this redesign, I have some strong words for that person 😒

2/5rewards don't work
Reward points are not added after many days of purchases. Out of over 20 transaction and scans in store, only three have shown up and no 'smile' points are added.
