5/5BEST MED TRACKER ON THE APP STORE
I have tried SO many medication tracking apps. So many! And this is hands down, the BEST one out there. I swear by this app! I have lots of medications with many different instructions that I need to track and and no other apps has the compatibility to successfully manage so many medications. Other apps always seem to be missing one feature that another has. This has every feature I’m looking for! You can skip, track refills, you don’t need reminders if you don’t want any, widgets, and my absolute favorite part of this app is being able to log a dose for the previous day and still have it marked as yesterday’s dose even if it’s taken on the next day. I take my meds at night and sometimes I’ll take them past midnight because I forget 😅 So it’s nice being able to still check off yesterday’s dose but log it correctly with the current day’s time. That might sounded convoluted but try it to see! The only thing missing from this app is being able to log if you took half a tablet, quarter, etc of your regular med dosage. Same for refills, you can’t track that you have 10.5 pills, it’s either 10 or 11. Besides that though, it’s easily the most comprehensive med app out there, for sure! If you’re looking to make your life easier, use this!

I literally have never written an app review before. BUT I HAD TO COME ON HERE TO TELL YOU GUYS HOW LIFECYANGING THIS APP IS. I have literally buttloads of meds and supplements I have to take to stay on top of my health bc I’m currently battling chronic illness. My dr even gave me one of those like pill cases that has each day with four categories so you can plop whichever day it is into your purse. I kid you not I have just been letting all of my pills sit there in this organizer bc I’d always be forgetting to take them. This app literally half the time doesn’t even have to remind me to take them bc idk what it is but I literally will try to beat the times that I set them due for. I’m also ADHD which might explain this but MAN THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I can’t remember the last time I actually took each section of each day!!!!! THANK YOU TO THE DEVELOPER THIS APP IS AMAZING I TRULLY CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW BLESSED I FEEL THAT THIS APP IS FREE.

I was mainly looking for a way to keep track of vitamins and supplements I’d already taken in a given day and this app is perfect for that, and I appreciate that I did not need to “sign up” to use it. The one slightly awkward issue is that I do alternate day fasting, which means my supplement schedule is different every OTHER day. There is schedule customization in this app but alas—7 days in a week! So having the freedom to set up doses for MWF for instance, doesn’t help. Would love it if an update included the option to set up dosages for every other day—in iPhone reminders you can set up an event to repeat every day, or every 2,3,4...days.

5/5Marginally useful for tracking meds taken as needed
I need an app that lets me know when I last took the medication so that I know if it is too soon to take more. Since actually taking the medication and recording the taking of the medication are separate, it would be helpful if the app allowed me to edit the time or amount. Also I may need to delete an entry if I selected the wrong medication. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this with this app.

4/5Decent med log
I’ve tried out several different apps in order to track my mom’s medication during Hospice at home. When you’re on hospice, your meds may change frequently so I wanted something that I could enter the medication easily. I also wanted one that was a simple tap at the time and I’m done on the medication. And I wanted an easy way to see when the last dose was so I could keep up with her PRN meds. This app has all those features and have been very helpful. I’m totally sleep deprived so it needed to be user-friendly. The only suggestion I have that would make this app the very best is to modify the log so that it is easier to read. Currently each med you give is a whole tile on a log and you have to scroll through forever to see all the meds when you’re giving frequent PRN’s. It needs to be a one line log that you can click on to see the whole tile if you want to. Simply time, medication, dose given. -0908 Morphine 15mg- -1202 Ativan 0.5mg- -1306 Morphine ER 25mg- Then you can click on that line and see the whole tiles information

You can now log your "as required" medications with Siri — just say "Log Ibuprofen in PillBox" and the dose is recorded without opening the app. The new Log Medication action is available in the Shortcuts app too, so you can build medication logging into your own routines, with an optional custom dosage and note. Doses logged this way behave exactly like any other: your medication log, remaining stock and widgets all stay up to date. Scheduled reminders are unchanged, as they are tied to specific times.           "body": "I have tried SO many medication tracking apps. So many! And this is hands down, the BEST one out there. I swear by this app! I have lots of medications with many different instructions that I need to track and and no other apps has the compatibility to successfully manage so many medications. Other apps always seem to be missing one feature that another has. This has every feature I’m looking for! You can skip, track refills, you don’t need reminders if you don’t want any, widgets, and my absolute favorite part of this app is being able to log a dose for the previous day and still have it marked as yesterday’s dose even if it’s taken on the next day. I take my meds at night and sometimes I’ll take them past midnight because I forget 😅 So it’s nice being able to still check off yesterday’s dose but log it correctly with the current day’s time. That might sounded convoluted but try it to see! The only thing missing from this app is being able to log if you took half a tablet, quarter, etc of your regular med dosage. Same for refills, you can’t track that you have 10.5 pills, it’s either 10 or 11. Besides that though, it’s easily the most comprehensive med app out there, for sure! If you’re looking to make your life easier, use this!",

I have literally buttloads of meds and supplements I have to take to stay on top of my health bc I’m currently battling chronic illness. My dr even gave me one of those like pill cases that has each day with four categories so you can plop whichever day it is into your purse. I kid you not I have just been letting all of my pills sit there in this organizer bc I’d always be forgetting to take them. This app literally half the time doesn’t even have to remind me to take them bc idk what it is but I literally will try to beat the times that I set them due for. I’m also ADHD which might explain this but MAN THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I can’t remember the last time I actually took each section of each day!!!!! THANK YOU TO THE DEVELOPER THIS APP IS AMAZING I TRULLY CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW BLESSED I FEEL THAT THIS APP IS FREE.",

          "body": "I was mainly looking for a way to keep track of vitamins and supplements I’d already taken in a given day and this app is perfect for that, and I appreciate that I did not need to “sign up” to use it. The one slightly awkward issue is that I do alternate day fasting, which means my supplement schedule is different every OTHER day. There is schedule customization in this app but alas—7 days in a week! So having the freedom to set up doses for MWF for instance, doesn’t help. Would love it if an update included the option to set up dosages for every other day—in iPhone reminders you can set up an event to repeat every day, or every 2,3,4...days.",

Since actually taking the medication and recording the taking of the medication are separate, it would be helpful if the app allowed me to edit the time or amount. Also I may need to delete an entry if I selected the wrong medication. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this with this app.",

          "body": "I’ve tried out several different apps in order to track my mom’s medication during Hospice at home. When you’re on hospice, your meds may change frequently so I wanted something that I could enter the medication easily. I also wanted one that was a simple tap at the time and I’m done on the medication. And I wanted an easy way to see when the last dose was so I could keep up with her PRN meds. This app has all those features and have been very helpful. I’m totally sleep deprived so it needed to be user-friendly. The only suggestion I have that would make this app the very best is to modify the log so that it is easier to read. Currently each med you give is a whole tile on a log and you have to scroll through forever to see all the meds when you’re giving frequent PRN’s. It needs to be a one line log that you can click on to see the whole tile if you want to. Simply time, medication, dose given. -0908 Morphine 15mg- -1202 Ativan 0.5mg- -1306 Morphine ER 25mg- Then you can click on that line and see the whole tiles information",
