"body": "I am facing a number of issues with the app. Firstly while uploading prescriptions, The patient name is always showing as my name. Not able to change it to other covered members in my family. Secondly, when I update the address, it is displaying the address line 1 two times and not considering address line 2. Also after I save the address, it is showing the same saved address multiple times in the saved address list. If I add a 2nd address, it is replacing the existing addresses and getting displayed multiple times.",

"body": "Third class app full of bugs with Third class support staff. Online video consultation non functional. Consultation request ticket opened more than 12 hours ago. Doctor was not responding. And absconding. No response at all. Ticket is still open and not re-assigned to anyone. Buggy app Not giving me any options to choose any other doc or assign someone else. Ticket still open with no action or consultation !!! What the non sense app it is. Then i called the support center and they said this doc is available after 7 pm. call again after 6:30 There is no provision to assign in advance or book appointment. Not sure why they assign non available doc? Why open ticket with no action for 14 hours is not monitored. Why scheduling is not possible ? Why the customer should call again and again wasting time because of your FULLY NOJ FUNCTIONAL APP???? And then finally that $tupif guy closed the consultation permanently without any action!!!! Overall, highly pathetic and mis-managed app! Lack of any support!!!",

"body": "Is this an app? So many bugs, screen UI doesn’t even fit to show in a page. Can’t even go to next step after adding tests to cart as part of the screen is not even showing up to click a button to move further. How is this app being approved to be in App Store with major bugs? I was planning to sign up for Manipal signa OPD plan, but after seeing this app which is to be used for claims, decided to not waste my money. I don’t understand how this app passed testing. I am going to delete this useless app from my phone.",
