"body": "Numerous repetitive performance issues that directly effects efficiency for physicians and back office staff. Our company places up to 10 tickets a week for the app freezing as well as the desk top freezing. The app and desktop version crashes frequently. We are moving to Claimocity and hoping for a better result. Do not waste your time or money. Your practice will be extremely frustrated.",

"body": "The app freezes when first opened then will randomly freeze requiring the app to be closed and restarted. Most of my time using the app is spent waiting for it to unfreeze. Super frustrating. I will avoid future jobs that use this app.",
