  1. 2/5It’s okay - beware of the cost versus time spent waiting for possible incorrect answers

The app was great when I first discovered it. I paid for coins (about $2-$1.6 each), priority support ($9.99/week), and a subscription $39/month. It was worth it to get the answers I needed at the time. However now that I’m in the app for several courses it is very undependable for tests and quizzes. I mainly use it for word problems. The wait times are up to 30-45 mins for one question even with priority support sometimes. They charge you 1 coin per answer they give even when the same solution is involved. For example a 3 part system of equations question will use 3 coins ($6) to answer. When it is really one question they charge several times. I think it’s the individual because I’ve had some only charge once. I think the person gets paid per answer so they cheat that way. My biggest issue is that when the answers are incorrect they don’t refund my coins. Why am I paying the the WRONG answers? I could get them wrong for free. I would prefer they pass the question if they don’t know the answer. Also, they will constantly change the person solving the question if it takes too long to find a solution to restart their timer as it states that each question could be solved in a few minutes. A few minutes quickly turns into 45 mins. Mix all this together and you have a very frustrating day of math homework, quizzes, or tests. Tests are timed so getting an answer every 30 mins is not acceptable due to the fact that I’m paying for the subscription, the coins, and the priority and the priority still isn’t priority. Overall it’s okay. I haven’t found one better at solving word problems but there is work to be done. Especially taking paid coins for wrong answers.

  2. 1/5SCAM!!!!

This app is a total and complete scam. First off the app is 9.99 a week. Not only that but you get three coins per day so that means I’m paying 9.99 per week to only get three questions per day. If you want to have a more questions answered, you have to pay two dollars for each coin. Also, if you have a question for them that has more than one part each part for one question is considered a different question so that means for one question I would need for different coins to get an answer which is absolutely ridiculous. the price is ridiculous. And honestly half the time the answers are wrong so the expert will get a question wrong then you have to let them know that it’s wrong then you’re being charged for another coin when The expert is the one that got the wrong answer. I will never use this app again I am disgusted with this app and this is a total and complete scam to get your money. do not use this app. There are several apps that are free of charge that will give you math answers. This app is ridiculous. I suggest ChatGPT.

  3. 2/5Good Idea but waste of money

The math experts here actually do help and solve questions and the response time is pretty good. 9/10 times they’ll get the correct answer but they do mess up sometimes. Do no pay for the priority queue it’s a waste of money and your questions aren’t answered any quicker. So you pay for the app to use which isn’t that bad it’s $20 a month essentially but then they make you pay for coins which one coin= one solution. That’s such a lie! You ask a math problem and you’re being charged two-five coins if there’s more than one step to it. You throw your money away and the packs they sell they advertise as “this amount of coins answers these many solutions”. Good idea for an app but you’re overspending here for sure for the return. Wouldn’t really recommend to help you with homework!

  4. 1/5Deceitful. They just want your money.

Submitted a PRE ALGEBRA question that I didn’t quite get and noted that I only had 1-2 minutes for a solution as I was doing a timed assignment. I’d literally just downloaded the app so I was trying to get in and out QUICKLY and was told that my task was completed a minute or so after submitting it just to go and attempt to look at the answer and be greeted by a blurred image and a paywall. I figured okay whatever I need help NOW so I subscribe assuming that I’ll immediately get access to the previously blurred answer and be able to go on my way. NOPE! As soon as I subscribed the blurred image along with the message of my task being done disappeared and then a thing that said “solving your task “ with an ETA of 2 minutes appeared . I quickly realized that my task had only in fact not been solved but most likely hadn’t even been assigned to a real person until I paid up like they wanted. I have sat here and watched the ETA go from 1-2 minutes repeatedly for the past 23 minutes and have just now gotten a message that says “ I see that you have 3 solutions on your balance, so you can solve 3 tasks. Try again now or later, maybe you just got unlucky.” (That’s pasted directly from the chat) so I guess I in fact will not be getting an answer after waiting almost 25 minutes for a “1-2 minute” solution. Thank you for literally nothing.

  5. 1/5Scam

It claims to give you 3 coins a day (1 coin=1 free answer) but every day I only received 2. For multiple choice questions or similar they take one coin for each choice. So if you have one question and 4 possible answers like a b c or d they take 4 coins away. The coins are expensive. 3 coins are $10. 5 is $20 and so on. And that’s with their “discounts”. Sometimes they will give you a wrong answer and they try so hard not to refund you the coins when they give wrong answers. I had gotten the premium so I wouldn’t wait longer than 2 minutes. 1 question will take 20 minutes. I never waited shorter than 5 minutes. I had bought a few coins and I didn’t need the extra, I asked support if they could refund my extras but they told me it’s the “daily coins. Again I never even got 3 a day like they claim, it’s always 2. And either way I have 5 coins left? How is 5 the daily when they claim to give only 3? Plus, again, I only get 2. It’s a scam to mooch off your money.
