"body": "The app works so poorly on the iPhone compared to the computer. And I’m told “it’s designed for the desktop”. Well why make a texting app that’s designed for the desktop? Is that the entire point of the product so you can easily text customers from your phone when away from your desktop? Uploading pictures is a nightmare, takes forever to load in and can only do 6 at a time. App is glitchy and slow. Compared to iMessage, Facebook messenger, Snapchat, Instagram messenger, WhatsApp, and literally any other form of messaging through an app, this one is by far the worst. My company forces us to use though so we have no choice. It makes daily life painful.",
