I tried different apps for scheduling, form Google calendar to the most popular (you name it) and all of them had something irritating for me. First of all prices for subscription. But the Masters impressed me from the very beginning. First of all, I tried the version for personal schedule and used it for about a year. And recently I switched to the salon version as my business started to grow. And I like it, a lot. Very easy to use. Fairly priced. Has everything I need! And let me tell you, the customer service is amazing! They always easy to reach, very helpful, go above and beyond for all my needs and questions about the app. I hope to use it for a long time.

Malísima no tiene como subir contactos desde el tele tienes que hacerlo manual, quien va a perder tiempo en eso.

1/5Buena app, pero soporte decepcionante
Compré el plan Premium con mucha ilusión para poder activar funciones como los recordatorios por WhatsApp, que son clave para la gestión de mi negocio. Sin embargo, la función no aparece ni funciona como se promete, y desde ayer he estado tratando de comunicarme con soporte sin obtener respuesta. He enviado varios mensajes de forma respetuosa, he seguido todos los pasos, actualizado la app y reiniciado mi dispositivo. Aún así, no recibo ayuda. Me siento decepcionada, porque esta aplicación tiene mucho potencial, pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Espero que vean esta reseña y por fin me ayuden a resolver el problema. ¡Necesito una solución urgente!
