I quickly decided after only a few days into my free trial that I love this app! All the features work fine so far. When they said the team responds quickly!!!!!! It’s definitely not an exaggeration. I love that I can have a portfolio that’s accessible to my clients. I love the waiting list feature, that is something I really needed. I also like the fact that I can block clients from booking when necessary. The only thing I need is to be able to make appointments repeat every two weeks for my standing clients. I hate to have to manually book their appointments for the rest of the year. Other than that I love it. I get the feeling they will add that feature soon tho!

4/5Awesome but...
I absolutely love everything about this app. The ability to make it colorful and represent me is so fun! Business shouldn't have to be boring. When you reach out in chat they are always quick to respond and so helpful. Here's my but... I would love to be able to collect payment through the app. It's weird showing prices and having people book and then reaching out for payment. Being able to have client intake and waiver forms through the app would be top notch. I wish we could pick if the call button said call or text. I rather have people text me since I can't answer the phone when I'm with clients. I know from the reviews a year ago they said payment through the app was in the works. I hope that update comes out soon. 5🌟when it does.

Ok.. when I first download the app I was amazed with all the perks they allow you in the trial and when the trial ended I just couldn’t imagine running my grooming 🐾salon and not having the easy access to book online and send messages automated I LOVE this app. It’s helped to easily be sent on all social media platforms and the gallery to me is a excellent feature all from one application. I wish we could accept payment through the app but… in the future I guess… until then the app is still 5Big ⭐️ stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🎉

This app has so many things its kind of like your actual website! Gallery, reviews, products, services… scheduling is so easy and keeping track of expenses, clients, discounts etc!! BUT IT doesn’t COLLECT CARD INFO so its a struggle when i have last minute cancellations or no call/no shows. I love this app, its got everything i want except that and its slowly becoming a dealbreaker for me because all other booking sites have that feature to protect the service providers of those cancelled appointments or collecting a new deposit. :(

4/5Masters is great!
It’s easy to add clients and services. However, as a massage therapist, I need a space linked to each visit individually to make notes about that visit, as well as the space in the client’s demographics where I can add and easily see allergies, etc. Being able to add a SOAP note or simple progress note each visit would be very helpful. Also having a way to link to my intake forms would be helpful as well.
