"body": "I’ve contacted this company several times regarding the app’s biometrics functionality. Plainly put, they don’t respond or rectify the issue. The biometrics fail after about two hours into a login via password. Thus, one is unable to login via biometrics and is forced to enter a password-AGAIN. This is a bug that begs to be addressed.",

"body": "The only way to sign up is to put in your birthdate. The only way to put in your birthdate is to pull up a calendar and then you have to go backward month by month until you reach your birthdate. I tried that and I lost it twice and I had to start all over. For me that was 75 years ago so I finally gave up",
