  1. 4/5Great App! Why not on Chromecast?

Marquee is a great app but I can only watch it using my AppleTV and not my Chromcast. Please make the app available for Chromcast!!! Thanks for the response that I can cast from a device on Chromecast. I do know that. What I was hoping for is the ability to download the app to my Chromecast device so I don’t have to use my phone to cast. There are times I want the game on but then might need to step away and others are watching and the casting stops. I can download the app on Apple TV but we use YouTubetv mostly and ideally I can just stay in the Chromcast device. Seems like it would be an easy fix to have the app available on a Chromcast device.

  2. 1/5Pathetically not forward thinking

Marquee has the audacity to charge $20 a month, to someone who enjoyed Free Chicago Cubs on WGN TV for decades, and that’s not enough, I would be over to overcome teams and streamers never ending search to bleed consumers dry. But the thing that is most offensive, to NOT ALLOW THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS ALL THAT MONEY A MONTH TO ENJOY GAMES ON DELAY IN A DVR’D FORMAT, FORWARDING THRU COMMERCIALS. Essentially all other app if you pay anywhere close to $20 a month, give you such features immediately. If you wanted to allow deserving Cubs customers who had no ability to pay, giving the games for “free”, but simply with the commercials, sure, I suppose that makes some sense. But stop penalizing the fans who give you a fortune each and every month.

  3. 2/5App will not work on my Apple TV or IPhone anymore

I downloaded the app onto my Apple TV and IPhone about 2 weeks ago. I subscribed to the stand alone streaming service and was really enjoying it. 3 nights ago the app on my tv would not load. If I try to watch anything it just continues to load load and load. Then last night it started do the same thing on my phone. I’m running the most current version of iOS, tried logging out and back in, restarted my devices, deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing. All my other apps work just fine and I ran a speed test on my internet and I was fine. I even called customer service last night and spent 40 minutes with them and they couldn’t figure it out. I tried to call them again today and it says their office is closed. Not sure what to do but I just want to watch cubs games and honestly for $20/month I feel like the service should work better than this.

  4. 1/5Furious About Marquee Scam

I should not have to subscribe to MSN just to watch my favorite team when I already subscribe to MLB TV and other sports streaming channels. It’s a scam. Though we have temporarily subscribed, my children have already started to become fans of other teams (instead of our home teams) due to availability, because Marquee’s contracts block local viewing. For generations our home teams’ games have been free for us to watch on local cable TV, but sadly due to this scam the next generation is starting to follow non-home teams because the home games are no longer freely accessible to the public (because Marquee blocks them). SHAME. SHAME. Make these games available. For example I should be able to watch Cubs games when I subscribe to MLB TV. How sad that you are killing the next generation of Cubs fans. And I am considering following them and becoming a fan of another (better) team as well so I can cancel this in protest as well. Shame on you. Shame.

  5. 2/5Horrible app

Says you can register up to 20 devices but are only allowed to stream from 2 at a time. Even though no other devices are on and no one else in house is watching the game App CONSTANTLY will tell you you can watch because the game is streaming from multiple devices. There’s no option to try to look up which devices the games are supposedly streaming on. If you leave any device with the app still logged on, even though game isn’t being streamed, it apparently counts that. So you have to go to every tv every phone and manually log out, and sometimes that doesn’t even work. I’ve often had to log in with my phone get the error message log back out then for some reason it will then work on the TV. I’ve contacted customer service and it’s just a repeated reply that says you can only stream from two devices.
